  1. 35" Goodyear tire life?

47,500 miles, 3-4/32ā€ left. Only 4 tire rotated 2 times. Had one that caught a nail in the shoulder so the spare is on it now. Definitely buying 3 more and keeping the best old one as the spare theyā€™ve been amazing tires
  2. 2025 2DR Badlands, New Options

Iā€™ve been told by a good ford tech friend with EBB if you disconnect the battery you can stand on the brake pedal with both feet and it wonā€™t do anything. Showed me a diagram, just an air chamber and pressure sensor, no fail safe, nothing physically connecting pedal to brakes. While itā€™s...

    North Texas Bronco Club

I donā€™t recommend having someone do it, because a lot of times it doesnā€™t work first, 2nd, or 3rd try and you have to stay on tech supportā€™s ass to get the issues resolved. Took me a few weeks to get mine to flash.
  4. 2025 Bronco Build & Price is here!!!

Not a chance Iā€™d be a customer for a 2025. ~$12,000 difference for a base Sasquatch over my 2023 and Iā€™d have to buy the bumper and skid plates myself. Pricing has caught up to 2021-23 prices with dealer markups now
  5. Fuel Milage MPG Gains from Ford ProCal Performance Tune

I canā€™t imagine how you got a base down to 14.9mpg unless you changed tire sizes and then back up to normal for a big tire bronco at 19mpg after correcting speedo with the procal Did you previously put 87 octane in it and drive it hard/fast highway speed on the stock tune? High boost, rich...
  6. New Start Up Animation

My friend posted about this, heā€™s a ford tech and had to fix one. Involved tearing out the entire interior to replace a pinched wire or gps sensor thing. If you want Iā€™ll dig through and find it but I would just leave it cause itā€™ll never be the same after that mess
  7. Mickey Thompson Introduces Slot Mag Wheels!

Ruined it being 9ā€ wide and zero offset. We donā€™t all want steam rollers sticking out past our already too wide of fender flares and an insane amount of leverage on our fragile steering šŸ˜”
  8. Will your Bronco wheelie?

Only got 2 attempts in before a construction truck started driving towards me, 2h 1st gear just spun hard, 4L 2nd gear seems pretty promising but got some concerning hook-spin-hook going on so Iā€™m going to have to lower tire pressures from 35psi to Iā€™m guessing around 20 and try again on a...
  9. Will your Bronco wheelie?

Going to have to be Wednesday at work, wife got PISSED when I asked her to video me trying something real quick after I just spent 2 grand on it fixing stuff I broke last month šŸ¤£ My strategy is going to be 2nd gear in 4L hoping for max boost and minimal clutch slip
  10. Will your Bronco wheelie?

Well thanks, now I canā€™t wait to break mine trying tomorrow. 2.3 7spd Sasquatch with full bolt ons/ fp tune.
  11. 2.3 500k mile tear down conventional vs synthetic and failed parts

My opinion, being on a dyno I highly doubt they worked those things hard stop and go, full throttle etc. The only good comparison is the conventional vs synthetic aspect. Conventional engine in the video looks like every 100-200k LS engine Iā€™ve bought. Also I think they said it was Valvoline...
  12. 2.3 500k mile tear down conventional vs synthetic and failed parts

Interesting video, obviously controlled driving conditions on dynos. SPOILER: The synthetic oil engine is way cleaner inside 1 stuck piston ring, vs 7 piston rings were stuck and the catalytic converter and turbo needed to be replaced (due to electronic wastegate failure) at 200k miles on the...
  13. Broke my steering rack in a fun new way (high centered)!

Update: new ford performance severe duty rack and tune completed after a few weeks back and forth with tech support. Cut up and doubled up the bent stock skid plate with a new one and also added some 1/8ā€ stainless plates for the diff and center. Super beefy! Only con is its heavy AF to handle...
  14. Ford Performance Calibration Tune for 2.3L Bronco's AVAILABLE NOW! - Lethal Performance

Iā€™ve tried everything including changing most of the changes I had made on forscan back and forth deleting the tune file off the procal etc
  15. Ford Performance Calibration Tune for 2.3L Bronco's AVAILABLE NOW! - Lethal Performance

After successfully doing rack upgrade and program with the procal with a week of tech supports help back and forth and an updated file, Iā€™m getting an incorrect filesize error when trying to load the performance tune to the bronco. Tech support has responded to 1 or 2 emails I sent this week but...
  16. Rack-Hack. HOSS 3.0 severe duty STEERING RACK and TIE RODS ...Ford Performance M-3200-WT

I accidentally plugged my procal in for the first time while I had the new rack plugged in so I believe I had a bad base file. Tried to do rack upgrade first and it ate the credit and didnā€™t show up on the procal. F.P. Tech line guy helped me out and I had the rack upgrade working after about a...
  17. Without Further Ado - Steeda Presents the Bronco Clutch Spring Kit (2021-2023)

I got one right after you started selling them and I love it, itā€™s how the clutch should feel from the factory! Actually feels like a clutch engagement stroke instead of an arcade game
  18. Rack-Hack. HOSS 3.0 severe duty STEERING RACK and TIE RODS ...Ford Performance M-3200-WT

Welp, I had my new rack plugged in and after updating and entering the rack voucher on my ford performance procal w/ tune I decided to plug it into my bronco. Little did I know it would automatically start downloading the stock file from the vehicle and since I had the new unprogrammed rack...
