i got my update, arrived in Richmond via BNSF, from calling the CSX number. so keep using that i think.

When i told my wife the bronco arrived in Richmond she asked "Virginia or California?" For a split second i wanted to say that's a stupid question but clearly it isn't.

did you check the tracker app for the time in status? did that change?

FYI, my status from the CSX number called out BNSF (not UP) in the train that arrived in Richmond. UP and BNSF are the two main transcontinental railroads (so maybe they're now using whichever has space?).

I received Shipped email back on nov 1. don't know that it actually shipped then, but i doubt it. BTW, in the tracker app my status is still in transit, but the time in status reset last night. i happened to check during that reset, so i'm not sure if that was an app blip or means something...

Mine's still holding at 11/20/2022 - 11/26/2022 but maybe it will in a week or two, since mine's behind. has anyone bothered to get their rail car number and tried tracking?

Seems logical that they wouldn't shift it by one day, after having just updated the range, without a reason. Maybe it got shuffled toward the back of the loading dock or maybe they're adjusting for daylight savings.

FYI, at some point in the last several hours the tracker app now says mine is In Transit. the ford order tracker is also now in Shipped status. the backdoor reservation tracker still isn't updated. i'm guessing some of yours have also.
