  1. Texas - March 21 OffRoadeo

Cooperā€™s BBQ in Llano is an institution. ā€œOpieā€ of nearby Opieā€™s BBQ cut his teeth there. Enchanted Rock State Park between Llano and Fredericksburg. It fills up. Youā€™ll need a reservation on the weekend. Not sure about during the week.
  2. Moab Off-Roadeo April 11

Arches is always crowded. I would go there on Monday or Tuesday to avoid weekend crowds. Plan on entering the park BEFORE 7 AM to avoid the need for a timed entry and to beat the crowds. Drive through the park to Devils Garden. I would do the ā€œFull Lollipop.ā€ Itā€™s a great 5-6 mile hike, passing...
  3. Bronco Ranger does Elephant Hill in Canyonlands Utah.

Elephant Hill and Chesler Park are amazing. I highly recommend the additional drive to the overlook of the confluence of the Green and Colorado Rivers, on the way back from Chesler Park. It makes for a very long but even more rewarding day.
  4. Badlands or Wildtrack

If you are going to rock crawl, get the Badlands. Otherwise, youā€™re just splitting hairs.
  5. Most UNDERUSED mods on Broncos? Go!

I did use my high lift jack to help me wedge my washing machine into a very tight spot. My rear shock skids are still in the box. I need to get off of and lay on my a$$ to install them. I enjoy my base stereo upgrade every time I drive and the peace of mind that comes with the Ford Performance...
  6. New to the Group

Welcome! Although I have a 2 door BL Sasquatch, I have been quite happy with the on road ride and off-road prowess of the vehicle. That includes multiple 2000+ mile road trips to CO & UT, as well as many very challenging excursions in said destinations.
  7. Finally got it!

    Niceā€¦welcome to the Mansquatch club!
  8. Ford dealer won't repair lights coming on after turned off for some time

Mine had the same problem and my dealer replaced the switch under warranty, no questions asked.
  9. Trail Thrills Thursday! Show Us Your Trail Photos

Pearl Pass (Crested Butte to Aspen), last week.
  10. Underwhelming Offroad experience

In my ā€˜22 two door Mansquatch BL, I have run Ophir Pass (no big deal), Imogene Pass (more challenging), Elephant Hill Road and and the road to the Green/Colorado River confluence (pretty technical and challenging), Shafer Trail and the eastern portion of White Rim Trail (beautiful, but easy)...
  11. SAS Replacement Tires - I've looked at every tire made, losing my mind. šŸ«  Done=Baja ATs

KO-3 Load Range D for Sasquatch are supposed to be available in 2025. Not sure if theyā€™ll be available early or late ā€˜25. That doesnā€™t help you, but Iā€™m guessing many Sasquatch Bronco owners will be happy to see that iteration of the KO-3 released.
  12. 2DR Manual Badlands -- Order put in!

I did the Ford Heavy Duty Steering upgrade. Itā€™s the 3.0 steering rack and tie rods. I can tell absolutely no difference in the quality of the steering in day-to-day driving. If my mechanic hadnā€™t given my old rack back to me, I wouldnā€™t even be sure he switched the old for the new.
  13. 2DR Manual Badlands -- Order put in!

I love mine. Except for the cheap plastic panels rattling. ā€˜22 BL 2 door Mansquatch. No other options. Base stereo upgraded and severe duty steering added.
  14. awaiting Bronco

Pretty sure the ground clearance on the BL or WT will allow you to drive right over Vespas, Fiats and the like.
  15. Would you let the 2.3 be a dealbreaker ?

Iā€™ve had my BL Mansquatch 2 door for over two years. Itā€™s my toy, while my 381 HP 200 series Land Cruiser is my daily driver. Before that it was a Cayenne S, a 911 Cabrio and a Boxster S. I obviously am not buying cars for their fuel economy. I chose the 2.3 because that was the only way to...
  16. Pics & Notes From Our Summer Road Trip

I was in Yellowstone a few weeks ago and saw lots of elk, a couple of black bears and a grizzly. Not sure why the elk were hiding in the Tetons. Iā€™ve seen lots of moose in the Tetons, but never in Yellowstone.
  17. Pics & Notes From Our Summer Road Trip

Awesome trip!! Iā€™m no expert but I saw thousands of elk in the National Elk Refuge outside of Jackson, but it was still winter. My guess is they pursue higher ground in the warmer months.
  18. Power-Up 6.1.0

Some update. The app has my car in a spot that I parked in 3 days ago, and I can no longer access the ownerā€™s manual on the app.
  19. Hi-Lift jack mounting

When I went to Moab, I wrapped my Hi-Lift in a beach towel with a couple of zip ties around it and put it on the floor behind the front seats of my 2 door. When I got home, I took it out and put it back in the garage. Not exactly too cool for school but it worked. I have used it to help me...
