CCA may have nothing to do with capacity (amp-hours). Totally different spec. To run a fridge you need AMP-HOURS. My fridge runs at about 30-35 amp hours @ 12 VDC.
I deal with conditions in the lower US. Texas, Arizona, Southern Utah…
EDIT: Sorry to mislead… OK, I still don’t have this...
OK! I bit on this also, due to overloading of my tailgate. Seemed like a good idea at the time….
My last 2 experiences with FPP were nothing less than debacles, so I am not expecting much. So far….a week….(?), zippo email information on my purchase. When it might be shipped, etc. I ordered it...
Rather than add another hour or so to my starting battery capacity, I went with this:
It also opens up many other options with regard to refrigerators, etc.
You can sleep better at night knowing that your Bronco battery is not being loaded, even though the Bronco protects it from discharge...
I liked your response. Thanks for the reminder. I’m 74 and have jumped a lot of batteries. Now, which side of the BMS should you connect your jumper cables?
That’s a very good question. Here’s my deal. Badlands SAS. 3 x 2 gallon RotoPax containers strapped to the spare tire...42 pounds of fuel and around 30 pounds of container and mount weight. Probably slightly overloaded…. Then when camping last year, I began putting my 5 (6?) gallon water...
No problem.
I ended up tapping the flat bar at the roll bar end because I could not get the nut started on top. Too frustrating. The bend in the flat bar was just a WAG. IIRC the flat bar was 7” long overall, but the length is not too critical. I used the standard STARLINK pole mount...
How about something like this? A Chinese food take home container
I do LOVE dogs…. However, a lot of people have no clue how to control them properly. My opinion… only after working at an animal hospital for many years.
I believe you are correct. I’ve had it a long time, and believe it does have cellular capability which I have never used.
Sorry to have misled anyone….
I bought my iPad Air 4th Gen without cellular capability. The GPS in it works fine when off road.
It’s also great for streaming live video/TV from a Starlink internet device.
Reading through your posts….
I had no issues running my ~550 watthour Bluetti off the 400 Watt AC port at the back of console in the Bronco. The Bluetti AC charger was rated at 200 Watts. When I got a much larger 1000 watthour Bluetti, the AC charger that came with it was rated at 400+ Watts...
The inexperienced tech at the dealer will probably drain the transmission by mistake then add an additional 6 qts of oil to the engine.
Then you’ll have issues.
Great question!
I’m assuming that the dealership in question does not have the expertise to set up the gear mesh properly.
I think I would try to find an experienced shop with differential gear expertise and let them fix it. A speed shop? Since the OP has been waiting for months, there may...
I’ve had one instance which required a full antilock brake application and as that situation improved and I was able to ”un-antilock” the brake system, it remained locked…or it relocked… for an instant (probably less than 1 second). I later realized that this was probably not a malfunction, but...
I often see people passing me at WOT (wide open throttle) when there is an obvious RED traffic light 1/4 mile ahead. I always wonder if they complain about the crappy fuel mileage their vehicle is getting.
