hrm, 🤨 ok I thought the lockers were supposed to be used when you had wheels spinning. This is not what they are for? But yes, if the transfer case failed when I think it did then it was probably at the point when I was stuck and put the rear locker on in an attempt to get un stuck

🤦‍♀️ fully kicking myself for not using the GOAT modes. I think part of me just brushed them off as a fancy gimmick. Guess I know better now 😜 we can all laugh at me because I’m definitely laughing at myself * * only because it’s being repaired under warranty

Well that’s gnarly. So aside from trying to avoid spinning the tires how does one avoid doing this?

I will gladly offer up the technician write up when it’s given to me if that would shed any light on what’s caused the problem. It does sound like they aren’t really going to do much investigating at the actual repair shop it’s at currently though and have just decided to turf the part to ford...

I wish it WAS the RTR grill! Would have saved me a long phone conversation with ford customer service and the embarrassing admission that maybe I shouldn’t have bought a first model year vehicle 😩
