LMAO,
You are right I don't understand, that's probably because I have not venture in making that change to my Bronco or been drinking to many beers for the holidays:crackup:. Like I said I love reading the blog to make sense of it.
So, let me understand everyone's concerns about this particular part, 1. you purchased this very, very expensive part because you want to raise your bronco 2 or 3 inches and mount bigger tires. so, once you do this you are already creating lots of stress on the weakest area of the part. 2. How...
I don't know what to tell you, pinky that I have a 2022 WT, gone over 30k miles w/o any issues; I just put about 8k miles of cross country, West to east and back, no issues... sorry for the pain your going thru. Sounds like a lemon to me, but then I believe that only applies if the bronco has...
I have no winch, no spare parts, no tailgate table (want one), nerve used rescue gear, but have it, no skid plates (want to buy), no rotto paxs, have soft handles, use them at times, (wife very short), tow hitch (use when towing my camping trailer), never used spare tire, ditch lights used...
I like the interior design, like the dashboard, like the bench front seat, Me no like EV (.)
The only DNA a far as I can see would be the name "Scout" other than that I done see a resemblance to a Scout. It does not have to look like the old school, but at least a simile of.
That's my dime...
All I can say is that I took a cross country trip West to East and back, on 91, then when refueling with 93, in other states, I was averaging around 20 to 22 MPG cruising between 75 -80 MPH, I loved it, now back home in SoCal using 91 n now averaging 17.9 to 19.8 MPG, so x country seems to...
I recently drove coast to coast and back, used my sports mode 50% of time during my travel in heavy rain and dry weather, on off road and highways and never felt any unusual indications of any problem while in 4A. 7,500 miles
I like what I see, but why take that chance when you know you are going to BREAK IT!
I know is the challenge, but sometimes F! the Challenge and drive home happy 'cause you had a good adventure....
Just saying :crackup::crackup::crackup:
My 22 WT still holding OK, I leave in SoCal, where is mostly sunny and hot, it's beginning to show some honeycomb, thru the plastic. So far so good. I feel for those that keep replacing theirs... tough luck...
Well, all I can say is my WT is lots of fun on and off road. So far 26K plus miles and still going strong, just drove west to east, now planning my trip back to the west...
Beautiful Alaska, thanks for making me dream about it, being there when in the AF. Now retired always think about going back for a road trip, but Alaska from SoCal is like going to the moon... LOL!
This is my rig I tow with my WT it only weights about 2200 LBS
Dusty, those are amazing shots man! sounds like an awesome one of kind trip as they are never the same... truly loving it.
myself just travel from West to East and I was pressed to be there on time, but going home I definitely will take the of the beaten path road.... need to start planning...
Just drove from SoCal to Virginia and my Bronco performed just like I thought it would.
On my last leg I drove 395 miles and still had 35 miles to empty. I am very happy with my WT and its performance.
