If I'm moving somewhere because I want to enjoy driving there, it damn sure won't be Florida. lol Yall have too many old and/or crazy people running around with driver's licenses.
Also, the factory top folds all the way down. Or at least close enough to "all the way". Hell, I'd even settle for...
I'd consider it, but KS is a hike from where I'm at. There's a few posted locally, but I'm still hoping that Bestop can come up with an improved version of the OEM top.
Man... I missed that one. It's sort of disheartening to see that it's been 6 months without even a bit of "here's what we're working on".
The latest product they have (the e-top) wasn't even an original design. It came from a completely different manufacturer and Bestop just bought the design...
I'm hoping this thread takes off and the R&D people at Bestop will see the demand for it. @Bestop_Team
Please give us a Bestop version of the factory soft top.
1. Something that folds all the way down.
2. Something that can be easily swapped to the hardtop and back.
3. Something that isn't...
This is the one I used. I tried to make something on OnShape to print on my 3d printer, but I'm not good at design in the least. The $50 cost was worth it, considering my time is short but valuable (at least in my own mind) lol...
I had the Alpine PXE-C80-88 mounted on the stinger bracket under the passenger seat. I had to pull off the vent to get it to fit. The Musway amps would definitely fit though. Those things are tiny in comparison.
It's an Audio Control sub. It came with the Stinger box, so I didn't really do any "choosing", so to speak. But I'm happy with it.
I believe it's this one, based on looks and the specs from Stinger...
Yeah, I just had the base non-B&O system. From what I've seen, the non-B&O is easier to do something like this, since you don't have to worry about A2B integration or dealing with the factory DSP.
I had previously taken out the pocket thing by grinding off the plastic "rivets". I had the factory box back there for the first few tries at making this thing sound decent, so I had replaced the pocket with a 3D printed grille from Etsy.
It would not fit, as I have it, with the plastic pocket...
Oof... don't make me look at that number again. :cwl:
Amps, wiring harness, and the Stinger box from Plugnplay was just over $2000 with shipping.
Power cables, fuse holder, speaker wire, ferrules, terminal rings, etc from Crutchfield was $315 shipped.
Speakers from Crutchfield were about...
Good evening,
This is less of a write-up on the install and more of a review. I'm on my third iteration of trying to improve the audio system on my '22 Big Bend 4 door, and @plugnplaykits came in clutch with a recommendation for a setup.
My first attempt was using Joe at Plugnplaykits'...
I'm not against the idea, but this needs to be said:
If the shop doesn't know what materials they would need to make a custom downpipe, find a different shop.
I don't know what the holdup is with the 2.3L Broncos, but I do know it was taking 4-5+ years for people to release products for the...
It fits quite nicely in the storage bin inside the trunk area. I was a little worried about water incursion, but I figured that if I got that deep in water, I probably had bigger problems coming anyways.
Don't forget the Voice Activated Remote Start feature.
1. Cycle the ignition from off->on->off 14 times within 12 seconds.
2. Tap the brake pedal in the following pattern: On 2 seconds, off 1 second, On 4 seconds, off 2 seconds, on 8 seconds, off 4 seconds, On 16 seconds, off 8 seconds. Do that...
For custom tuning, if they knew what was causing it, they'd have it cracked by now. Nothing changed, PCM wise, between 2021 and 2024 so once they get it done for one, it should be a matter of cascading it across.
The Ford Performance Parts tune is likely just waiting on CARB approval. It...
I just ordered a pair of upper ball joints from ford.oempartsonline.com. With the two nuts and shipping, it was $92.84. I'm not affiliated with them, but the prices were way better than my local dealership. It's coming from Sames Kingville Ford, wherever the heck that is.

In 2024 I Resolve To Offroad with Metalcloak!
To fulfill my pledge I need:
1. Bronco 6G Front Upper Durotrak™ A-Arm Kit
2. Bronco 6G Front Bumper System
3. Bronco 6G Rear Bumper System
I have the K&N setup with the dry filter on my 2.3L. It does the same popping noise.
What's really gonna drive you nuts is being on the expressway with the cruise control set, and you'll hear the popping noise as you go up/down hills.
It's just what others have said; the Bypass Valve...
