Specifically what gets damaged? I don't know. Its just that I've read many places its damaging if its not a flex fuel engine. What's the difference in a stock tune and an e85 tune?

The manual is pretty clear:
Do not use:
• Diesel fuel.
• Fuels containing kerosene or paraffin.
• Fuel containing more than 15% ethanol
or E85 fuel.

I considered this with my old Jeep TJ. DId a lot of googling and found a couple of videos that did in depth studies. The results showed zero positive effects and possibly some negative effects.
