Yeah, exactly. Not only that but the people who "prefer" the simplicty of what they bought versus something they've never even driven berfore. Especially when they go on to mention a situation that 4A actually has helped on lol.
Delusional insanity is real.
Is that the latest fix?
I'm hesitant to do it because mine doesn't always make the noise, even some below freezing mornings, but when it does, it's loud. Like multiple people have commented loud and the noise is grating. Doesn't get better as it warms up either. But then it doesn't do it all...
I watch the power distribution screen in my manual all the time and it does seem funky at times. No power at all to the front, the equal distribution when there is no reason to be using the fronts at all. I'm not sure how accurate it is, but I've seen it do some backwards stuff.
No, not that exploding, knocking noise. I'm talking about the beauty of the roar of the Ford 2.3 in the crawler gear at 81 mph. Let's be realistic here, this is a forum for Broncos. Not duck traders.
4A has gotten me through plenty of miles of unmaintained seasonal backroads with over 2 feet of snow. Lockers and 4L got me out of a few really bad spots. But 4A can probably handle 90% of the non-rock crawling stuff. Even highways with sections of snow and ice from where the plows and salt...
This is one thing I would not order from China or Amazon, and dont try to fix a loose hitch with bedliner. This is playing with fire, get the Curt. Dimensions matter here more than they do for a braided grab handle or an interior light.
This is no joke. No one has heard from my aunt, my moms sister, since this started, she's just outside the evacuation zones between Santa Monica and Malibu somewhere, but hasn't had power for days. My cousin in Pasadena evacuated and she's pretty sure her house is gone, but they can't get any...
I was goinjg to do this before mine expired, but the prices they quoted me were astronimical. I also didjnt realize that my dealer had thrown in a 10/100,000 mile warranty from a 3rd party at the time. I have a '23 with over 40k now and the costs were insane, but tis was through Ford, not a dealer.
Mine was diagnosed with this TSB and it scares the shit out of me for some reason. The tech who diagnosed it showed me the TSB and even he looked shocked. He's a good dude though, but fish wire and gorilla glue?
