Your best bet is to rig up a hoist to your garage ceiling if possible. I have removed my soft top a few times and, warning, it is unbalanced and awkward to handle.
This. Reading some of these posts you would think people are swapping out starters at every oil change. I can't remember the last time I did as well but it was probably on some 80's beater car.
Lol, when I first saw the pic it screamed SoFlo Jeeps/Broncos/Customparts/Whatever, thus my Florida pine tree comment. Not surprised it actually turned out to be one, albeit, a long way from its home.
That sure is a lot of pine trees for Florida.
As far as the shackles, those look to be either a locking or a permanent mount type. *Puts flame suit on* I understand people mock leaving shackles on, but IMHO, these particular types are no different then a permanent tow hook, or the ones found...
Yes, that is a 1" spacer on the rear hub.
Interestingly enough, the front studs are about a 1/4" shorter than the rear (at least on my 2021 BL), so front clearance should not be an issue.

Gray = correct and preferred spelling here in the great USA
Grey = incorrect and how those redcoat Brits and other non-freedom loving countries spell it
If you want a "collector" Bronco, look for a Heritage Limited and not just a Heritage. But I doubt even the HE-L's will hold significant value down the road. Also, depreciating assets don't make good investments.
As you can see, gearing opinions on here are widely varied, but you definitely don't "need" 5:13's to turn 37's. Plenty of real world uses of members running 37's on the 4.7's (myself included on a 4-door) and it truly is a good combo. And I as said, especially so on the lighter 2-door. I...
OP, what kind of off-roading do you plan on doing? Knowing this we can more easily guide you in requirements and stages.
However, I think I would search out a used 2-door Badlands and consider trading yours in. By the time you pay for the gear and axle upgrades you may be more than the price...
