I've heard that kind of sound a lot from manual rigs when wheeling. I think it is from the driveline loading up and then getting released when you stab in the clutch, then things kinda bounce back and forth within their backlash a couple times.
I'm not trying to get lane centering or the intelligent adaptive cruise to work. I just figured out how to add only the stop&go to the adaptive cruise.
if it works, leave it alone. The acc goes on standby after three seconds stopped, you can resume by hitting the cancel/resume button on the wheel also.
I would do a pcm relearn after you make all the changes. it resets all the values so all of the various modules know what to expect from each other.
If that doesn't work i'd do it the hard way and make sure the changes are correct in the hex entries.
Are you trying to get intelligent...
You're right, "you just used 4lo too much" is a cop out BS excuse for ford to avoid having to do a full on recall on this. But, it is what it is at this point, just keep an eye out for it and document concerns with your dealer. An extended warranty through granger isn't a bad idea either at...
There is an o-ring that should seal against the flange on the charge pipe. If you aren't hearing it release, then either it isn't opnening or you have blocked the vent port on the BOV.
The sneezing sound may be the boost venting back past the turbo when you close the throttle and the air has...
They are probably the lightest option out there. I have an oem set on my 4 door and they're nowhere near as heavy as aftermarket sliders, but they will protect your rockers.
usually they will only extend the warranty for that specific failure, so the other things your ESP would cover won't be under the extended warranty.
When nissan finally quit screwing customers over with their defective radiators by saying the radiator does not count as part of the powertrain...
welcome, i'm just down in Houston in the heights area.
I have two sets, a pair of squadron sports originally, which had a combo lens, then i added a mountains2metal bracket and another pair of squadron pros that came with a wide cornering lens.
i swapped the wide cornering lens to the sports...
Thanks, i thought that would be called NVH.
While my oem hard top isn't very quiet at keeping wind or road noise out (probably 75% of the noise is from the tires, the rest is wind noise and air leak noise), it isn't bad about squeaks and rattles, and doesn't leak in the automatic car wash at...
im just saying the ebb is what keeps the 2.3 bronco from being able to enable start stop with the adaptive cruise. I’m sure there are ways to have adaptive cruise with start stop, but with the limitations of the oem system the 2.3 bronco is stuck with acc that shuts off below 9mph.
interesting, i have a popping sound from the front end that started after i was flexed out and rocking on two wheels when I went off roading last month.
I also have been dealing with the diff sitting too low to where it rubs the metalcloak diff skid, which metalcloak says they haven't had any...
Its not that it requires the 2.7, it requires the electronic brake booster, which only comes with the 2.7 in the bronco until the upcoming refresh which adds the electronic brake booster to the 2.3. If the ranger has auto-hold, it probably has the electronic booster.
