I bet it's a wheel speed sensors issue. Keep an OBDII code reader with you and you may have been able to clear the code that disabled your 4X4 possibly.
Yep. 2", 3/16" thick on the main tube and plate is also 3/16". Everything else is 1/8" thick. Outside tube is 1 1/2". Width, just figure out what looks good to you while building I would say. My inspiration came from Carli's sliders.
I don't see any problem with them coming straight out. It's probably easier to bring them straight out. That's what's great about DIY, your building it the way you want it!
Probably $300 in metal and $50 in hardware.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Done.

Will be doing this again today. Will take pics and update. Found my passenger side leaking again. I think these seals are just junk but that is the way of the world we live in today, shitty engineering I suspect. They aren’t like the old seals...

This indeed worked for me on my 2021 manual Black Diamond.
Just checked again and it works!
Fantastic!
Can't wait for your offroad report and any rubbing issues. When I built my bumpers I wish I would have had a body lift so I could have matched the gap. This will probably be the tire I go with unless a more aggressive 38x11.5R17 comes to market by then!
Looks awesome!
Yep, just 4 wheeling in general knocks it out and would like to be able to do this myself. I did purchase the lifetime alignment at Firestone but it's an hour away and they are probably getting sick of me. It's lifted, have the Carli double sheer kit installed and will be getting the lockout...
Will be installing these this weekend. Has anyone done a DIY alignment, steering wheel centered, toe, caster, and camber? I can do steering wheel and toe. Thinking I could get camber with a flat edge and digital angle finder zeroing with a rear wheel. Castor is the one thing I haven't looked...
I agree, gas tank, physically, steering, and transfer case, software for warning lights and such. The gas tank would allow us to build, hopefully, a true triangulated 4 link. Software so that we could put in an atlas ourselves and put in there steering kit and not have errorson the dash.
