Not being able to tune for the 2.3L platform is going to be the biggest restrictor when it comes to aftermarket powertrain parts; when you're starting to mess with things that can adversely affect air/fuel, a tune is needed to keep everything in check.

LOL no, my tracker's been bugged out since Saturday on Order Confirmed even though it's got a Built date. I'm hoping it ships out by tomorrow or Friday.

@Brian_B is correct; the tune is what ties the VIN once it is registered with the voucher. I have not used the voucher.

A Tint World location should be able to install a customer provided vinyl for about $100, depending on how large/complex that stripe design is.

I would be more concerned with having the ability to tune first -- any changes to the turbo's spooling characteristics means the compressor mapping will change, which would require an adjustment of the fuel/air mixture of the ECU. To your original question, CRP already does what you're looking...
