You could always get a hard top and then get a Bestop Skyrider or Sunrider that she can open up, while still having the hard top in the back. And if she gets tired of the soft parts, she'll still have the hard top panels to put back on.
This is to protect your interior, etc. from the elements when the top is off. Assumed that was what OP was asking about.

I have the Lethal Painted Flares on mine and am super happy with them. I drive 50 miles a day, half of which is highway, with no issues. I do swap them out for the stock ones if I'm going offroading, which is a nice option to have, but otherwise the painted ones are on.
Mine is so stretched on one side and it drives me nuts lol but not enough to spend over $100 on a new one. I, too,much prefer the nets. Part of me is tempted to take one off and see if I can DIY one with some paracord.

Can’t say I noticed a sound difference between the two of any significance. I kept the single turn down solely for looks. I personally don’t like the dual tips out of the back. Many people do though and only may switch to the turn down for trail clearance etc.
