I have the exact same thing worn right over the hinge on my 2021.
They issued a memo to dealers about this. The language is pretty clear. I give Ford the benefit of the doubt most of the time but I admit that it was disheartening reading their technicalities for warranty coverage.
This may be a home run in sales based on price point, size and Toyota reliability.
There is also a following of the Suzuki Jimny that this may appeal to in U.S. markets.
The Fox setup has a good ride to it but I canāt say it is radically better than my first edition. I can tell a difference but it isnāt as different as the Hitachis vs Bilsteins.

I have both a First Edition and an OuterBanks that I added the Sasquatch (Hoss 3.0 Fox shocks). I have 35 x 12.5 x 18 Nittos and the 3rd break light difference is no issue.
I have enjoyed how they ride. My bronco sits half an inch higher in the rear but looks pretty level. I do not have anything else (level kit) on the suspension.
I have the Hoss 3.0 on my 2021 Outer Banks with no sway bar. The rear springs are soft but it isnāt something I ever notice. As @kodiakisland said, Iām waiting to see if Rockjock or something similar comes out with a solution for 21s.
