  1. Lane assist feature

Haha...... I always heard that referred to as RTFM.
  2. Smoky Mountains Advice/Opinions

Since you are down that way, maybe you want to take a small detour and hit ā€œthe snakeā€, (421) which extends from Mountain City to Bristol, TN. If you like the Tail of the Dragon, you’ll love this; it has something like 489 curves over 3 mountains in roughly 33 miles. A little further north in...
  3. SUMA Mirrors Are a Bronco Must. Love Them!

I don’t understand what the big deal is. I’ve had my ā€˜21 Bronco for several years now and have never had issues with what others are calling a blind spot. I set my mirrors so I can just barely see the side of the vehicle and as another vehicle is overtaking me I can see them in the mirror...
  4. MIC Top Owners — It’s Time to Make Noise

Interesting thread and topic. I have a 21 Badlands that was delivered in Nov 22. It sat in that dirt lot outside Detroit for 6 months while waiting for the Mic 2.0 top. My Bronco experiences full on Northern Illinois winters, and hot sun in summers. So far, so good. Early on had a small...
  5. New Bronco Off‑Road Adventures Await $$$$ -- Ford Guided Overland Adventure Trips

They’re out of their freaking mind with the costs for these 3 day ā€œadventuresā€. I’ll plan my own trips and save a couple grand, thank you very much.
  6. Checked out a 2025

    MY 2021 Badlands identifies as a 1966 Bronco. 😁
  7. Have a name / nickname for your Bronco?

My daughter named mine….Bucko. So, Bucko it is.
  8. 2025 Broncos... 2-door going extinct?

Uh, yeah sure. I don't think so. I've gone to many events where the 4 door far outnumbers 2 doors and never once heard that. Not saying it wasn't said by someone, but its certainly not "most" 4 door owners.
  9. Accutune Ride Shocks - First Impression and Review

Holy Crap!!!...$5700 for shocks!? For that much they better provide a magical ride over every obstacle or road hazard. I cannot imagine what justifies that cost for a set of shocks. So, consider me "shocked". (but nice write up anyway).
  10. Do (mostly) no issues Broncos exist?

What he said. ā€˜21 Badlands as well which was also built and then held for 5 or 6 months. Had one issue early on, but overall humming along fine. As was said in the earlier post, the forum focuses on problems both real and perceived. Few come here to say, ā€œgee, the Bronco is running greatā€...
  11. Show 33's some love picture thread

Those KO3’s look pretty bad ass. How’s The noise on the highway?
  12. Man driving Bronco tries to drive over police cars (updated w/ news article story)

I don't know about the rest of you, but if he had stolen my Bronco and did that, he'd be praying that the cops had shot his ass. I am a firm believer in "don't get mad, get even", and "revenge is a dish best served cold".
  13. How Do I Clean Up After Safelite?

Don't overlook nail polish as a potential fix for this. Nail polish comes in an almost endless variety of colors and the small brush makes an ideal application for small blemishes. I used nail polish back in the spring of 2022 to "paint" the edges of my hardtop after sealing them to prevent...
  14. Bronco owner loses his mind after getting hit on Hell's Gate @ Moab. Are we better than this?

Ouch. I didn't realize that. I guess that really sucks then.
  15. Bronco owner loses his mind after getting hit on Hell's Gate @ Moab. Are we better than this?

Not quite the same, but I get your drift. I would submit that it's all in the company you keep. If the event is well organized, then spotters or trail guides can help maintain a safe and fun experience while keeping everyone within their capabilities. For years I've done group rides with...
  16. Bronco owner loses his mind after getting hit on Hell's Gate @ Moab. Are we better than this?

Uh, yeah it’s not really a battle scar when it was caused by some other clueless out of control knucklehead while you are stationary and not even in your rig. As someone else mentioned, the damage he received could be indistinguishable from that at the mall. Besides, the goal of off roading...
  17. Bronco owner loses his mind after getting hit on Hell's Gate @ Moab. Are we better than this?

I don't know the answer to your initial questions, but as for learning the ropes, please don't shy away from going out and doing some off-roading. The key thing is to watch, listen, and learn from others and to always have a spotter on difficult obstacles. They can guide you to taking the...
  18. Bronco owner loses his mind after getting hit on Hell's Gate @ Moab. Are we better than this?

The Jeep guy was clearly in a situation beyond his capabilities. You can tell just by his approach to the obstacle. There should have been a spotter who should have called it after his third or fourth failed attempt and had him go around. It’s also a bit ridiculous that the yellow Jeep and...
  19. MIC Hard Top Wind Noise Reduction - 2023 Edition - Plus Bonus Fix for Bad Adhesive

After two years of trial and error, I can actually say that my hard top is dramatically quieter than when originally purchased. I have tried pretty much all of the suggestions in the posted threads and did so multiple times to compare the effect. Some work, some don’t, and my suggestion is try...
