That's weird of AO. They have done dozens of these over the years and didn't mandate that the procal be purchased from them. If I remember right, they charged me $200 to install the procal tune and I provided the unit/tune.

I believe the measurements given are just for the change in height just from the suspension. The additional height you gain from changing tires will vary based on the tire you end up going with.

I remember the Bilstein podcast mentioning 37’s could possibly work with aftermarket fenders. A mild body lift might work too.

I think this will depend on the shop doing the application. If they use the precut film, then just the tire will need to come off. If they are using full sheets, they may cut a hole and trim around the mount, or they might remove the mount and wrap the entire paint surface. A really good shop...
