Yeah, 9 out of 10 posts over there were 'rules are rules' type posts.. It was seriously annoying.. You don't see it much here, or on Bronco Nation, but I guess some are still doing it..
It's a weird reddit thing. People drive around looking for another Bronco to park next to so they can take a photo and upload it with the title 'Rules are rules'....
^^This.
If someone is going to heavily modify their Bronco, I'd think long and hard about buying an extended warranty that could basically be useless.
I previously considered getting one but my Bronco is heavily modified so for me, it would basically be useless.. Sure some things would be...
I'd prefer the rear seats left in and as previously stated, a flat and rugged top. Maybe a few tie down spots somewhere that's easily accessible. I am down to order on day 1..
I went with clip 5 in the front which gave me 2 1/2" in the front and clip 1 in the rear which gave me 1" in the rear.
I have a winch, winch plate and an ARB dual under the hood that caused additional rake / droop on the front. I am now almost completely level.
@Tricky Dick sells a tie rod kit for anyone interested..
https://td-distributing.myshopify.com/products/bronco-6g-tie-rod-repair-kit
I know he was going to stop making them but maybe anyone interested can contact him and see if he has any left..
Nice!
I am retired and most of my trips are during the weekdays to avoid trail traffic.. I did hear it's packed on the weekends in the summer time with UTV's and ATV's..
There are 3 established campsites in the Nebraska National Forest. There is an abundance of spots to dispersed camp.
1. Bessey Recreation Complex - Very nice campsite with full bathrooms, showers etc but I'd avoid it at all costs. There are trains that pass right by it several times a night...
There is another forest further North, by the South Dakota border that I might hit up next. It's the McKelvie National Forest.
It's my understanding that is almost all parries, grasslands and sand dunes..
Manufacture specs are mealiness.. I posted actual photos with a tape measure..
Just because a manufacturer tells you that a 315 is a 35 and they list specs does not make it true..
Now you are just being obtuse.. To the ignore list..
