They did not. They only see my 32006 certificate, nothing for the 32004 Program allowing for the purchase off the lot.

Just talked to the Bronco Customer Service again today and they said all they can do is provide information of saying you have a certificate or not, that is it.

Yeah, Ford as a whole sucks!!! Individuals are awesome, but I’ll be looking other companies from here on out. Not that the other companies are any better, but they have not screwed me over yet 🤣
