I hated the factory mesh pockets. Put metal ones in there originally and they were in the way when I got in and out of the Bronco. Being 6'3" with long legs I kept hitting my knee on it. So I sold those and got the bags from Bartact and love them...
Super Celebration in Carson City NV was about 20 minutes from my house. We joined in on the Genoa Peak run Friday morning. The view from the top with over 30 Broncos.
I had both in my first edition. Ended up taking the 4 out when I got the "Trunk" light. I personally wanted more light in the cargo area and the factory lighting was enough for me once I did that one so I removed the 4 lights and sold them to a local club member.
The 4 lights was fine don't...
Looking at upgrading my factory skid plates on my First Edition. I have a Maxlider front bumper which has an integrated front skid down the lower arms. Was looking at skids from there back and came across this. No review, no real decent pics. Anyone running this one...
I have both. Morflate that I bought and keep in my early Bronco. It is well made, the bag it comes in is also well made. The velcro straps they supply are junk with plastic ends and broke after a few weekends. I also got the "Mega" morflate since I planned on using it to air down/up my 2006...
I ran my FE with a leveling kit, 17" Dirtylife Beadlocks with -12mm offset, 37" Ridge Grapplers, Modular front bumper and the JKS kit for about 6 months and no issues.
This is the best pic I could find of the bumper/tire clearance.
Hell yeah man. That looks killer! I can't stand the super wide portal look. The offset on your wheels is perfect for this thing. Makes me reconsider portals.
I have been happy with my Nitto Ridge Grapplers on several vehicles. They do really well on the Bronco too. Highway, Rain, Snow, Ice. Pretty good all around tire.
