Phil Long is who destroyed mine… they replaced the clutch and everything but my Bronco still stinks of burnt clutch.

Because they were being negligent. He drove it about 8 miles, but he must have had zero idea what he was doing given how bad it smelled when it got to my house.

They’ve completely destroyed my car and I don’t believe they will be honest about the damage they’ve caused. Yes, they’ll replace the clutch, but the damage they caused might not be limited to the clutch. Plus, I‘m not sure I believe they’ll even be able to get the burnt smell out of it...

The TSB fixed it for me (sorta) but… I had already taken it to an audio shop to add dynamat, etc. So, it’s not clear if the new fastener from the TSB fix resolved it alone or if it was the new fastener + the dynamat that fixed it.

I have MY22 and had to have the transmission replaced for the grinding issue. I love driving it nonetheless and my Ford dealer was pretty easy to work with on the replacement transmission.
