Looks like you have Sasquatch tires. Did you brace the tailgate at all, or not concerned with the added weight of the table?

Your Heritage hardtop has removable side windows. The normal MIC hardtop doesn’t have that option. Those tabs are for that option. They should be there.

I noticed a change from 20-21mpg to 16-17mpg when I would adjust cruise from 70mph to 80mph. Those extra 10mph really impacted fuel economy. Sas on a BD.

Thanks for the information and the perspective. You’d like to think the engineers knew what they were doing and that little things like the tire bumper not touching would be the problem, and not poor engineering overall.

What loads are currently on your tailgate that caused the twist?
