  1. Speaker Harness for Bronco - where to buy?

My install experience video is the video referenced above, I did indeed just push speaker wire into the male OEM harness as a quick fix due to not wanting to cut the harness off and knowing there would be adapters if there is not already. I may go ahead an order some of those in the post above...
  2. 17x9 RTR Tech 6 wheels (+30 offset), 315/70r17 BFGs, 4WP Level Kit installed on OBX

I haven't seen the MIC top in person but based on the pictures I have seen online they look to be rather close to the MIC hardtop color.
  3. 17x9 RTR Tech 6 wheels (+30 offset), 315/70r17 BFGs, 4WP Level Kit installed on OBX

Yes, I removed one while the strut was still installed, it came out like butter. The second was stuck so I was able to remove the strut and tried several ways to remove the bolt, including using a vise to "press" it out. If I had a replacement bolt in hand I could have gotten it out. 🙂
  4. 17x9 RTR Tech 6 wheels (+30 offset), 315/70r17 BFGs, 4WP Level Kit installed on OBX

Everything lighting wise is stock OBX. Here is a picture with the mirror spot lights on, we haven't tested them yet but if they are like our Tremor they will work at low speeds, I believe it is under 10 mph and that can be changed with ForScan in the future.
  5. 17x9 RTR Tech 6 wheels (+30 offset), 315/70r17 BFGs, 4WP Level Kit installed on OBX

I could be completely wrong but my personal opinion is that it all depends on how hard you drive/push the Bronco or any vehicle for that matter. We are willing to replace the front axles as needed, my original thought was that after all of the reserved Broncos hit the street we will see OEM...
  6. 17x9 RTR Tech 6 wheels (+30 offset), 315/70r17 BFGs, 4WP Level Kit installed on OBX

My understanding is that our wheel and tire setup is almost identical to the Sasquatch set up, +30 offset. To get nearly the same amount of tire "poke" on the sasquatch you would need a 0 (zero) offset. Or you could swap the Sasquatch flares for non-sasquatch flares with either stock of...
  7. 17x9 RTR Tech 6 wheels (+30 offset), 315/70r17 BFGs, 4WP Level Kit installed on OBX

The liquid on the floor is from the penetrating oil I was using during my attempts to free the bolt from the strut. I had the strut out and even tried to reverse press the bolt out without luck. Edited to clarify, I could have gotten it out but the lack of a replacement bolt and not really...
  8. 17x9 RTR Tech 6 wheels (+30 offset), 315/70r17 BFGs, 4WP Level Kit installed on OBX

We got the Bronco home right before sunset and it rained a lot of the day yesterday so we where unable to get better pictures. We should be able to get better shots today. These are decent but we can do better 🙂
  9. 17x9 RTR Tech 6 wheels (+30 offset), 315/70r17 BFGs, 4WP Level Kit installed on OBX

Yes, and on the road so far there is no noticable difference in power or driveability. There could be off-road but since there are not many rocks to crawl in Florida we should be fine for 97% of what we will drive. We are prepared to upgrade gears and even axles if we break something.
  10. 17x9 RTR Tech 6 wheels (+30 offset), 315/70r17 BFGs, 4WP Level Kit installed on OBX

We were unsuccessful since the spacers add 2 inches to the top of the strut.
  11. Dealer mark ups!?!?

They have several locations in the Southeastern States, not sure if that helps?
  12. Sexier Wheels and Tires for my non-Sas OBX?

We ended up installing the 4wp leveling kit on our 17x9 +30 RTR wheels with 315/70r17 KO2s. (34.4x12.4)
  13. Base Outer Banks 2021 Bronco Speakers Upgrade Tutorial -- With Stereo Wiring Diagram

I went with the 6.5 for the kick panel and depending on how they sound I will try the 4 inch over the Kenwood's from my original post. The JBLs I bought for the kick panels are not 4 ohm so I will swap them for the kicker to see how the sound improves.
  14. Base Outer Banks 2021 Bronco Speakers Upgrade Tutorial -- With Stereo Wiring Diagram

I don't think so, at least not the the rear pods for sure. The 6.5 kick panels, maybe if you figure out how to mount them to the plastic kickpanel itself. Other than that they are mounted to the body of the Bronco. The dash locations would probably need to be completely reworked. I would...
  15. Dealer mark ups!?!?

Mullinax Ford honored their commitment to invoicing pricing, no questions asked. The process was the easiest buying experience we have had. No dealer fees or doc fees either!
  16. Outerbanks 2.3L Non-Sas Build

Yes that is the kit. We ended up paying just over $600 for the install but that included mounting and balancing the tires, swapping the TPMS sensors from the stock wheels, and the alignment. I have had bad luck in the past with trying to add new OEM TPMS sensors to new wheels so we had the...
  17. 17x9 RTR Tech 6 wheels (+30 offset), 315/70r17 BFGs, 4WP Level Kit installed on OBX

I did not realize that Zone was providing new bolts with their kit. 4WP does not but their instructions recommend dropping the lower control arm rather than remove the lower strut bolts.
  18. Base Outer Banks 2021 Bronco Speakers Upgrade Tutorial -- With Stereo Wiring Diagram

I (op) am no where near a car audio expert but I am learning a lot through this thread. Not sure if it helps but I almost think the 6.5 and dash 4 inch speakers are run in parallel? When I disconnected the 6.5 the dash speakers stopped working, without connecting the 6.5 but simply making a...
  19. Base Outer Banks 2021 Bronco Speakers Upgrade Tutorial -- With Stereo Wiring Diagram

I actually ordered Kicker CS this morning to try them out in ours too!
  20. Outerbanks 2.3L Non-Sas Build

I posted this in a separate thread in the Wheel and Tire subforum however I wanted to track it here in our build thread also. 4WP was successful in installing their leveling kit on our Bronco! From there they also mounted and balanced our 17x9 +30 RTR Tech 6 wheels with 315/70r17 BFG KO2s. No...
