  1. Trade rock rails for factory steps at delivery?

Use the classifieds on this site. Should be an easy trade. Although shipping either would be expensive.
  2. I was told I’m no longer scheduled…..

They can only build the rigs that they have parts for.
  3. 4wheelparts (4WP) skid plates look good

Those welds on the bumper are horrible. Is the rear diff skid held on with a muffler clamp?
  4. Can you lower rear of bronco 1 inch?

You can lower the rear. Change the springs, cut the springs, or go to adjustable coilovers. The least expensive and proper way is to replace the springs with a shorter spring. Coilovers will be the most expensive but also correct way to lower. Cutting the springs is the cheapest but not the...
  5. Decent Rear Bumper?

The factory wiring harness should be plug and play, no splicing.
  6. Updated 7/29 [Engine Seized, Full Replacement Under Warranty] My Bronco shut down after sand dunes run

I believe that it ended in the 70's. Not sure the exact time frame but it has been many decades since a VIN has been on the engines.
  7. Updated 7/29 [Engine Seized, Full Replacement Under Warranty] My Bronco shut down after sand dunes run

No such thing as a matching numbers rig any more. VIM number are for the chassis only. No VIN on the engine or trans.
  8. Updated 7/29 [Engine Seized, Full Replacement Under Warranty] My Bronco shut down after sand dunes run

I am not buying that the engine is actually seized. You would have either had to ingest a ton of sand into the intake or lost all oil. More likely is the fault code is cutting power to the starter. Some of the early 2017 Raptor had an issue with an oil pressure switch. Under moderate to hard...
  9. First Edition ordered and still no build date.

I would rather have it delayed and get a correct/good top. Having to deal with the top through a dealer is going to be a nightmare.
  10. F150 vs Bronco - Which is better to camp in?

Hands down the F150 is a better camp vehicle. As great as the Bronco should be, you are going to need either a rooftop tent or small off-road trailer with a tent. You could make the Bronco work for a night or two but it would not be fun on a regular basis.
  11. Sport Mode - Is over-the-air update to add it possible?

Nope. Search as it has been covered many times.
  12. Lightweight wheels.

We were not able to find the published weights or strengths on the factory wheels. The weights listed are from weighing the actual wheels ourselves.
  13. Lightweight wheels.

I have the Truck Stars on my Raptor. LOL. I wanted light and easy to clean. They excel in those areas. Cosmetics, not so much.
  14. Lightweight wheels.

Over on the Raptor site we compiled a list of lightweight wheel options. Granted, this list is for the Raptor lug pattern but I am betting they also have options for the Bronco.
  15. Are the sasquatch wheels actually forged?

I will do some digging on the Raptor site. There is a list of forged wheels and their weights. I went from the factory 17x8.5 at 36lbs to aftermarket 17x9.5 at 22lbs. It does make a difference.
  16. Custom painted MIC top on Velocity Blue Bronco (custom by dealer)

Mainly because the MIC tops are not painted. MIC = molded in color. Any painting would be another operation and cost time and money.
  17. Custom painted MIC top on Velocity Blue Bronco (custom by dealer)

If the honeycomb show up, it will be seen through the paint.
  18. Finally saw and drove one.

I have used the Jeep. They both suck, just in different ways. lol
  19. 4WP Fitted Big Bend

Loss of suspension travel, CV angle jacked. The good, clearance, control arms (maybe, 4wp is not known for quality). The unknown, are the sliders frame mounted? What is the material thickness of the skid plates and how are they mounted? Wall thickness on the bumper tubing? DOM tubing? On...
