Yeap, I think it’s because it’s mounted to the crossmember, many speculate aftermarket or even Ford may offer class 3 in the future and since the wife has become adamant about keeping the truck, I won’t be needing tow anymore.

Some colors can be seen on other vehicles, I think you can see Area 51 on a Bronco Sport already and Anti-matter Blue on the 2021 F-150.
As far as interior colors go, just imagine black with orange accents...
I think factory since it’s part of the B&P. It’s not clear if it’s class 2 or 3, but they cap it at 3500, I’m hoping that it’s class 3 and they up the max rating when they’ve done more testing, but as many have pointed out, 3500 could be the cap due to suspension.
