  1. Self wiring flat four-pin hitch receiver

I'm thinking you will be thinking the Big Bend with the trailer package would have been a very good deal.
  2. Draw-Tite Hitch Installed on my 4-Door Badlands

I question saving $300.00 from a fully wired multiple receptacle factor hitch. Any functional towing is lost along with this ugly extended look. Not helping departure angle or resale. Ouch on the shins. Maybe folks can wire up their own after market signature headlights and save another few...
  3. Compilation of 2.3L Reviews!

How about the brakes, anybody care? Broncos with the 2.3 have Ranger like vacuum assist. The Ranger's brakes are a known and documented sore spot. The 2.7’s have electronic assist. Car and Driver’s testing showed a much heavier 2.7 stopping 20 feet shorter than a lighter 2.3. The 217 foot stop...

Sorry no seven pin option after the fact.
  5. Curt Hitch (Class III) Installed on 2021 Bronco Black Diamond 4-Door

The wiring harness is not the problem. It's the labor to run the wiring thru the interior thats the issue. Well documented. Much easier and less intrusive and probably cheaper to order factory hitch.

  8. Is there a big difference in the 2.3 and 2.7 with Sasquatch Package?

No I would never believe only one automotive expert. But I will never believe hearsay from anyone that thinks they know. How about more reviews by auto experts... Although the four-pot emits a less-than-invigorating thrum and is easier to catch off boost, particularly with the manual, it...
  9. Is there a big difference in the 2.3 and 2.7 with Sasquatch Package?

For those of you that need engine advice- While you can opt for an Outer Banks with Ford's 2.3-liter turbo I-4, our test vehicle was equipped with the $1,895 2.7-liter twin-turbo V-6. MotorTrend contributor Basem Wasef simultaneously happened to be driving a two-door Bronco Outer Banks with the...
  10. Ford Senior Master Tech Here (w/ Bronco Ordered). Have Questions?

I have to disagree here. First off I have a can/box in both my sports cars, one turbo and the other is a NA non-direct inject. You would not believe the gunk that come out of the can on the turbo car. The NA car only catches a small amount of oil. You definitely don't want ANY of what I catch...
  11. Thoughts on 2 dr vs 4 dr drivability?

Your totally right here. Put big tires on it. Take the roof and doors off. Just like the photo shoot fantasy shots. Reality is overly small wheels and tires. Crushed and saggy rag top. Doors on, stretched limo look. Yuck. The public is trying to justify their decision. The professional...
  12. Thoughts on 2 dr vs 4 dr drivability?

Correction: Many folks think the 2 door looks better. A few people think the 4 door looks better. 4 door Corvette anyone?
  13. CARBONIZED GRAY Bronco Club

My Bronco came early. Had to settle for the stupid standard wheels with the K02’s.

  18. Wait or Purchase F150?

No dealer markup? Anything you can buy today at MSRP or less is a good deal with this vehicle shortage thing happening now. That said if you buy the F-150 you will just be another grain of sand on the beach...
  19. Maisto Bronco Die casts at Costco.

I ordered the Carbonized Gray one. Kinda PO'd that I couldn't get optional wheels and had to settle for the K02's. PS-There're not going to make a 4dr. because "style" rules toys over function...
  20. Extended warranty or no extended warranty

I'm not implying anything other than extended warrantees, Gap ins, and all the other "dealer lusted" after add on's are mostly targeted at the folks that can least afford them. The folks that can honestly afford them don't need them. It' a conundrum that everyone needs to workout for themselves...
