  1. Defective Easy Fill Mechanism For Bronco

reliability and fixability are two very different things.
  2. Defective Easy Fill Mechanism For Bronco

All modern cars are more reliable than all cars from decades ago, by leaps and bounds. They are so reliable now that when even the smallest hiccup occurs, people lose their collective minds ( many posts on this forum are a great example). I drive a Ford Transit some mornings, and never once have...
  3. Defective Easy Fill Mechanism For Bronco

I'm a fan of improvements, however or why ever we arrive at these improvements. going capless is an improvement.
  4. Defective Easy Fill Mechanism For Bronco

screwing and unscrewing a gas cap vs. not? that is a strange line to draw, especially calling those who like saving time, effort, and mess "stupid".
  5. MIC 2.0 (?) Hardtop Closeup Pics on 2021 Bronco

Threads like this remind me of instant replay in football...it's just tediously obnoxious. "Experts" here zoom in, distill the smallest possible hair splitting detail from a single, sun glaring, bad angle photo, into the largest "sky is falling", this top is shit over dramatic response. It...
  6. Who's ready to tap out?

Hell, they are already doing this. The entire MIC top is proof of this. They don't need to wait until new model years to make some fixes.
  7. Disaster! My incoming Bronco destroyed by trucking company! Please help

Can you imagine Levine getting all these tweets from random people. lol
  8. Disaster! My incoming Bronco destroyed by trucking company! Please help

This sucks, but I guess I don't get your tone. A shipping company screwed up Ford's (not yours) Bronco. Ford is the aggrieved party, not you. Ford had to file the claim and work out the loss, not you. You just have to wait a little while for a brand new vehicle. I am sure they will take...
  9. Wife not impressed - dream may be dead

Same. I'm 6'2" and didn't even come close...wonder if the seat was jacked up high. For some the spartan interior is a feature, for others it's a flaw. I enjoy the basic, minimalistic, purposeful appraoch. I can see how some might not like that style, how some might want "more" or a different...
  10. [Updated With Outcome in Part 2 Video] Dealer marks up former employee's Bronco by $10k

I think it should matter, and it does for many still, I just don't know if dealerships fall into this category.
  11. [Updated With Outcome in Part 2 Video] Dealer marks up former employee's Bronco by $10k

Does somebody even have standing to force another party to sell an item they no longer want to sell to you? I hear what you are saying about verbal vs written but if I'd they can sue, nobody is actually going to sue over this. If they do, it will take way too long, cost way too much, and would...
  12. [Updated With Outcome in Part 2 Video] Dealer marks up former employee's Bronco by $10k

You assume NO price has been agreed to. The reality is that prices aren't being adhered to. If I placed and RSVP, and the dealer said "price is going to be MSRP, then they have agreed to a price. Whether verbal, email, text, carrier pigeon...a price was communicated and agreed. What we...
  13. Anyone else buying another vehicle for now and keeping their order active?

Revisiting this. Picked this up last week...exactly what I have always wanted. So much fun to drive, a real head turner, but also just old-school-cool. For me, some cars are pure art, but art you can drive. For me, the 1964 C-10 stepside is pure art.
  14. [Updated With Outcome in Part 2 Video] Dealer marks up former employee's Bronco by $10k

You don't think they could ditch the agreement and still charge ADM? The "you should have a signed price agreement..." is great advice after the fact, I have one as well. I still have to trust that the dealership will honor this non-binding document. An unscrupulous dealer doesn't care...
  15. I did a thing tonight...'64 C10 love.

love this. The front end on those early Chevys are amazing. Art you can drive.
  16. I did a thing tonight...'64 C10 love.

looks like a 69...love the blue
  17. I did a thing tonight...'64 C10 love.

I am still waiting for my 2DR Black Diamond to arrive sometime this year, but still had a hankering for a classic. I have always loved the 1964 Chevy C10, curvy-style, so I pulled the trigger. Trailered it back today, and spent a couple hours cruising tonight. Good Times.
  18. Ford engineers should just stop and ask why? It’s not hard.

You mean bitching isn't an effective tactic? lol Asking questions and giving feedback to Ford...legit curiosity, helpful. Posting complaints on random internet post...complaining and whining.
  19. Ford will start shipping new MIC hardtops, Broncos this week! 🚛

All in all, great news. The Bronco occupies the smallest corner of my mind right now, it just isn't worth thinking about until action starts. If my 2dr with a vin has some movement, then I will let myself get excited.
