    What a splendid surprise! 🙌🙌
  2. Hardtop Lifting Question for 2 Door Bronco Owners

I haven't tried it by myself and I'm not going to try it anytime soon. Last weekend I had my neighbor help me remove the back cap. I would never be able to remove it by myself without rigging up some kind of garage lift, which I will probably do at some point. I'm barely 5'7" so the issue for me...
  3. Upgrades! Areoskin hood protector, rocket antenna, heritage fender badge

Yes, rocks, etc. always seem to find a way to the leading edge. If you do a significant amount of highway driving, PPF or something like this is a must.
  4. Upgrades! Areoskin hood protector, rocket antenna, heritage fender badge

Not at all. It sounds the same to me. I will admit I live in a dense metro area so your mileage may vary otherwise. I'm not sure what it means, but it's rated 75 ohm...
  5. Upgrades! Areoskin hood protector, rocket antenna, heritage fender badge

Nothing 😁 If you slap in on the back glass after heating it up to remove, it has plenty of sticky left to firmly adhere to the glass. I didn't know what to do with the other one so I ended up placing it on a folder I've been keeping all my Bronco documents in throughout this journey. Hang in...
  6. Upgrades! Areoskin hood protector, rocket antenna, heritage fender badge

These were factory installed. The Outer Banks trim is the only one that offers the "powder coated tube steps" as standard equipment. You can add them to some of the other trims as factory options, or they can be purchased as an official Ford accessory through your dealer or online. They can be...
  7. Upgrades! Areoskin hood protector, rocket antenna, heritage fender badge

It's like a 3 sided box that easily fits in the console. You then attach the top, and then 4 screws bite into the interior of the console plastic and secure it pretty well. It's defiantly not fool proof, but great for days when you have the top and doors off and need run in somewhere real quick...
  8. Upgrades! Areoskin hood protector, rocket antenna, heritage fender badge

Reveal night, 10:48PM. Wore out the F5 key on my keyboard until I finally got through.
  9. Upgrades! Areoskin hood protector, rocket antenna, heritage fender badge

Yeah, I was driving around everywhere and anywhere taking advantage of the nice weather. Put quite a few miles on the odometer.😁 She’ll be broke in before I know it. Go Big Blue!

I think you’re on to something man!
  11. Off-Roading Bronco Badlands - Learn from my wheeling mistakes!

You’ll be fine if you take your time and use extreme caution. The picture figure instructions are :poop:. Drilling on your brand new vehicle is a stress test.
  12. Upgrades! Areoskin hood protector, rocket antenna, heritage fender badge

It shouldn’t make a difference with the satellite radio. It uses a completely separate antenna mounted on the back top of the Bronco.
  13. Upgrades! Areoskin hood protector, rocket antenna, heritage fender badge

I used a hair dryer and my hands only. There are better ways to do it though. Some use fish line to cut the seal. If I wasn’t so impatient, I would have probably used the fishing line method. I pulled the badge from the top down and it kinda stretched it out a little bit. Remove the excess glue...
  14. Off-Roading Bronco Badlands - Learn from my wheeling mistakes!

Yes, it was so stressful and frustrating installing the table. I second that it should be left to the dealership.

  16. Upgrades! Areoskin hood protector, rocket antenna, heritage fender badge

I don't notice a difference. It sounds the same, and picks up stations that I normally had issues with in other cars if that helps.
  17. MIC 2.0: Possibly still having snakeskin and production issues!

@Ford Motor Company I've noticed the honeycomb appearing on the rounded back sides of my MIC 2.0 as well. (7/2 blend, dirt mountain hold). It has the exposed edges near the back and some of the panels are uneven on the back passenger side with a noticeably large gap. I will admit it's not nearly...
  18. Upgrades! Areoskin hood protector, rocket antenna, heritage fender badge

Yes, you got it. Comes off easy after heating with a hair dryer. I did experience a little more difficulty than others. I assume where mine was on Dirt Mountain, it baked out in the sun for 3 months.
  19. Upgrades! Areoskin hood protector, rocket antenna, heritage fender badge

I wanted to keep it somewhere and figured that would be the perfect place. I see a lot of rigs with stickers on the back glass.
  20. Upgrades! Areoskin hood protector, rocket antenna, heritage fender badge

I already explained myself on page 1, but for simplicity.... I could care less if it was a regular plate, but it's a temp plate with information identifying me as the owner. Yes, It has my personal information I would rather not post on a internet forum knowingly. I'm not sorry for being vigilant! 😉
