Please let us know the pricing from Dave Smith.. I live in Ft Worth, TX and I have been seriously thinking of making a trek to Dave Smiths because we have stealerships in TX, not dealerships.
  4. Chip shortage forces Ford, Toyota, Nissan, FCA to cut vehicle production

Good Morning Bronco6g Nation, I just came across this article about a shortage of semiconductors at Ford and Nissan. They it impacted a SUV plant in Kentucky, but it didn't say anything about impacting the Bronco lines. At any rate it makes me wonder it Ford has enough semiconductors to build...
  5. Build & Price Update from Ford – Q&A with Bronco Brand Manager

In this thread or somewhere in the forum, the new reason for the delay was the modular roofs were leaking. Has this been confirmed?
  6. NO roof rail option on Wildtrak and Badlands with Sasquatch or 2.7 Eco.

No glitch at all. Unfortunately I'm with Ford on this. The vehicles with the 2.7L will be top heavy and prone to rollovers, especially at highway speeds. Ford is very sensitive to this issue because in the early 2000's, Ford almost went bankrupt due to people dying in rollovers. Ford knew...
  7. For those sticking with the 2021....why?

Dying to get a Darwin Award doesn't count.
  8. Keep seeing post on possible price increases for MY22.

I wholeheartedly agree with you. I made a comment back in October on how Ford is bordering on committing fraud with the way present pictures to the consmer, then the consumer reserves a vehicle based on those pictures, and finally Ford tells the consumer, "that is not available". The BNP is...
  9. Keep seeing post on possible price increases for MY22.

Let me split the hairs When we signed up for the Bronco the first time, that was to reserve a vehicle, the next time we give Ford our final trim and options, then Ford will call that an order. I do expect Ford to increase prices some, but they better not be significant increases.
  10. More Delays? - What Date will Ordering Really Begin?

Thanks for posting! It blows me away up here how some people convert their garages into extra rooms when they should be protecting their vehicles.

Here in Texas, we get hail, extreme heat, and driving rain.
  12. More Delays? - What Date will Ordering Really Begin?

A roof lasting 20 years is unheard of in Texas. Roofs in Texas have to be replaced about every 10 years. And the joy of home ownership, next project is a front yard makeover.
  13. More Delays? - What Date will Ordering Really Begin?

I just got my roof replaced a few weeks ago myself.
  14. Build & Price Update from Ford – Q&A with Bronco Brand Manager

That is the ultimate question. If we order in Jan/Feb and the price decreases in the March BNP, will the prices be adjusted downward accordingly? If the prices go up in the March BNP, will Ford or the dealers try passing on the costs?
  15. Build & Price Update from Ford – Q&A with Bronco Brand Manager

What were their docking fees like. A few years ago, I compared fully loaded JLUR Wrangler and the savings came out to $8,500.

If you do get the Jeep, you may want to look at buying in Idaho. They have the best deals in the country for Jeeps.

Do y'all remember the Pepsi Challenge? On the initial taste, Pepsi was the overwhelming favorite. But, after drinking 12 ozs, Coke became the overwhelming favorite. At any rate I will stick with the Mexican Coke and may add Jack Danielle or Rebecca Creek for "flavoring".
  18. Build & Price Update from Ford – Q&A with Bronco Brand Manager

It is my hope that Ford jumped on the issue in the Bronco Nation and addressed it. If Ford addresses the issue immediately, it would go long ways to restoring trust in the forums and process.
  19. Build & Price Update from Ford – Q&A with Bronco Brand Manager

Is this a case of Ford showing us something that we can't have like the Donut Doors?
