  4. Off-Roading Bronco Badlands - Learn from my wheeling mistakes!

Good point about the off roading tire PSI, I would like to go lower. I think once I get a portable compressor 15 is a good place to start experimenting . On your wrangler, do you run E load rated tires or C? The Territory MT has the C load rated tires that are 2 ply sidewalls, I have noticed...
  5. Question/Opinion: 2.7l or Lux

No OEM winch for LUX. So if you are hard core wheeling loose the LUX and get the 2.7. If you are doing mostly commuting and light offroad keep the LUX and get the 2.3, once you shift into 4L the power matters less anyway.
  6. Off-Roading Bronco Badlands - Learn from my wheeling mistakes!

I looked into that exact skid plate today! Although it says compatible with all bronco models, the badlands comes with a transfer case skid and a front plate extension skid that would probably need to be removed for this to replace it. 7. Off-Roading Bronco Badlands - Learn from my wheeling mistakes!

No rattles at all doing 30 on the trail (BUMPY) when its latched up and folded away. I think pre-production & early versions did not have a rubber bumper where the top of the table meets the backing where the BRONCO lettering is. The latching mechanism should feel stiff when you lock it down...

I put a large cooler in the trunk, so the table really helps to have counter space prepare lunch and rest your beers on. Useful for me, but if you don't eat/drink in the woods I wouldn't bother.
  10. Off-Roading Bronco Badlands - Learn from my wheeling mistakes!

I had spent the last 2 weekend wheeling a LUX 4Dr Badlands with the Sasquatch package and have some learnings to share. Trails were rated as "moderate" but most rigs were on 37's. Mostly dusty and rocky conditions here in CO. Tire Pressure The stock 39 PSI (cold) tire pressure Ford...
  11. Washout Floors - a Closer Look

In my badlands the carpet that comes on top of the washout floors are pretty cheap and the rear mats are not mounted to anything so they slip around. Ended up putting the rubberized mats on top of the washout, great fit and don't slide. Recommended!
