I have this exact same concern. My IT guy at work is working on the solution for how to get rid of or disable all features like this (namely Alexa) for when my Bronco arrives.
If he comes up with a good solution I will share it here.
Sounds like we are in the same boat exactly. Not sure if that is a good sign or bad sign in terms of our mutual hope that it has been built and shipped.
My Bronco is going to Helfman in Stafford. I am in Pearland.
I called Ford today and as per usual, they really couldn't offer much info...
We're neighbors bud lol!
How do you tell your window sticker is getting scanned? Where do you see that info?
So you're still showing "In Production" on the tracker, right? Mine went into production 11/2 and on 11/4 my dealer sent me a screenshot that showed "Produced" and my modules...

Current Status: In Production, but dealer's screen shows "Produced"

In his video he brought up auto start/stop and said he liked to use it because it works well and does zero to deter him from using it. I just simply brought up the biggest reason most mechanics, and myself, don't use it. That reason has nothing to do with fuel economy.
Just friendly banter!
You made my point here. I actually did testing using my wife's vehicle. Same route to and from work for a week, didn't travel anywhere else with that vehicle. The difference was completely imperceptible. 20 mile round trip of conservative daily driving (no aggressive driving) yielded identical...
The biggest problem with the Auto Start/Stop, the reason any auto mechanic you meet doesn't use it and the main reason I do not use that feature in my vehicles, is that it prematurely wears out your starter and can cause excessive wear on the internals of your engine (when your engine stops...
Forgive me, but for whatever reason I am terrible at searching this forum for references.
What is a rotation number, and what does it represent? Is it the number right next to the blend date on the top center of the window sticker? If so, my rotation # is 5641 w/ a 10/29 Blend.
