Not sure I agree with you about section A. It states “A purchaser of goods acquires all title which his transferor had or had power to transfer ....”. Did this criminal have the legal power to transfer title? I would argue he did not as the vehicle was stolen with a fraudulent title.

Only with the Bronco can one think they hit the lottery by getting a build date after waiting well over 900 days. Come to think of it, I am in my 4th calendar year since I reserved in July, 2020 (2020, 2021, 2022, and now 2023).

When I reserved the Bronco I was a Ford employee. I have since retired. Just goes to show that Ford employees get no special treatment. I’m not complaining about that as it should be fair to all. That said, some seem to have gotten the short stick.
