  1. Will roof panels removal cause wind buffeting?

To be clear, I mean riding like this. https://www.thedrive.com/content-b/message-editor/1598450624802-bronco_4dr_features_05.jpg?quality=60
  2. Will roof panels removal cause wind buffeting?

Hello - quick question for anyone that has taken a ride in hard top without roof panels. Specific question is - when you remove the front row and back seat roof, but leave on the rear hatch hard panel area, does it make that uncomfortable wop wop wop sound? I ask because it seems easy to remove...
  3. Big Bend beats Black Diamond!

I want something that is more durable... thatā€™s all. Whichever engine will cost me less in repairs in the long run is what I want.... sounds like maybe the 2.7? But this sounds like added complication to the engine?
  4. Big Bend beats Black Diamond!

Wouldnā€™t the 2.3L have better gas mileage for I95? LOL - i donā€™t know much about cars. I just want an engine with zero fuss that lasts a long time And good gas mileage (as good as possible for BRonco)
  5. Big Bend beats Black Diamond!

Yes, I believe it does have heated seats
  6. Going to places with the roof off

    Thanks for this
  7. Big Bend beats Black Diamond!

GOt it, I live in MIami too... but was thinking 2.3 engine for $ savings... not sure 2.7 worth it for me? 4dr BB
  8. Big Bend beats Black Diamond!

Why do you need rear diff locks in south Florida?
  9. Going to places with the roof off

Curious... when you guys are planning to go to places with the roof off, are you planning on leaving the car unlocked? And.. randomly... should the 2.3L engine be sufficient for a daily driver with no off road? Or will the engine last longer if itā€™s the 2.7L?

Anybody getting it with the regular 2.3 engine?
  11. Sustainability and Longevity (100K+ miles)

I donā€™t mean sustainability in respect to the environment. I mean sustainability in respect to my pocket... Will one have more engine issues than the other In the long-run? Is one engine proven to be more reliable with many miles vs the other? Or.... is the sport going to break down more in the...
  12. Sustainability and Longevity (100K+ miles)

Quick question - Iā€™m not much of a car expert but I wanted to understand from the community which engine / car would have less ā€˜issuesā€™ and age gracefully. Not intending to do much off roading, but perhaps experiment a little. Planning on keeping the car long-term (100K+ miles). The 4door Bronco...
  13. Bronco Sport vs. Bronco Considerations - Thoughts?

Thanks ā€” appreciate this! I was thinking Forrester for some time... that was until I saw the Bronco.
  14. Bronco Sport vs. Bronco Considerations - Thoughts?

Point taken. Maybe Iā€™ll take the wrangler for a stroll.
  15. Bronco Sport vs. Bronco Considerations - Thoughts?

The Bronco will be within my budget, but it will be bare boned Iā€™m afraid... 4 door adds quite a bit... hard top on the 4d will probably put it at my cap... if not, the big bend perhaps.
  16. Bronco Sport vs. Bronco Considerations - Thoughts?

Thatā€™s why I leased the Alfa haha
  17. Bronco Sport vs. Bronco Considerations - Thoughts?

Iā€™m also hoping that the Bronco will last very long without many problems. My Mazda 3 has 110K miles And has never had any problems
  18. Bronco Sport vs. Bronco Considerations - Thoughts?

I canā€™t deny it. I may just have to go with my initial desire. YOLO, as they say.
  19. Bronco Sport vs. Bronco Considerations - Thoughts?

To be 100% honest, as i stated in my earlier post - Iā€™ve never done off-roading. What I love about the regular Bronco is the nostalgia impact, would love to have a tough car that I can drive into the ground, retain value and essentially, be a car that can age well - a classic If you will. Some...
