So firstly, it's either in gear or not. My only thought is if you were really in 6th gear, your clutch is fried. Maybe you're skipping gears too much and lugging too much or slipping the clutch too much and either way you somehow managed to cook one down.
Another good tip, if you are using a snatch ring to bring the line back to the Bronco, use a bridle on both recovery points to spread the pulling force to both points evenly. Thanks for watching.
