This german engineering vs american engineering vs mexican engineering talk is just wrong.
Most engineering departments including Ford have engineers from all over the world and are trying to be a profitable business... that's why they have factories in China or Mexico to save on labor costs...
Don't like the Gladiator, but...Just realized yesterday I cannot get a Big Bend with a manual transsmission AND the mid package... and have to move up to badlands. I will wait until the MY2022 order banks open and hopefully I can order the Bronco I want. I just dont want to be forced into a...
If you look at the Mid package picture posted above... in parentheses it states only the remote start option is for auto trans. Just like any other car manuf. that offers a manual transmission.
This would really suck. I want a Big Bend Mansquatch with Mid. I thought it was a glitch too. I hope Ford offers this for MY22. I really only want the rear camera sensors for backing up in my garage and auto dual-zone climate control...and maybe throw a damn garage door opener stand-alone...
Same here. I'm in Houston and will only get the fastback softop.
1. Half open on morning and afternoon commute.
2. Open all the the way (w back windows removed) on Fridays and weekends. (w only Bimini top if it's too hot and sunny)
3. Closed when parked at work or when it's colder than 50 deg...
I'm hoping to turn one into a Garage door opener as well...Since Ford decided it's too fancy to be standard equipment and you need to upgrade to the Lux package to get one 🤦
Wow! thanks for posting these pictures. This definitely helped solidify my decision to get not only Velocity Blue... but with the SASQUATCH! Looks so much better on 35s IMO.
On 7/14 I was set on a 2dr Black diamond for 46k.. Then I realized only the 4dr was a 5 seater and after many builds I ended up going to a BL for 52k non-sas....Then I made a Big Bend Mansquatch w Signature lights + Mid for 45k. Hey, No build is perfect for all. Just enjoy the ride.
This is why I will be getting the Sasquatch from the factory. I think the 4.7 axle ratio + front and rear locking differentials included in in the Sasquatch package is overlooked by many. There's a lot of parts that need to be replaced in the 4x4 system that is also covered in the powertrain...
It sucks but I will have to wait. The Sasquatch looks so much better and manual transmission is a must for me. Also, It will give me time to compare colors in person before ordering. I need a new 5-seater SUV/Truck with manual and the only options are the wrangler, tacoma and the Bronco. My...
Same here. I'm trying to decide between Red race and Velocity blue. The most fun colors for the Bronco. I'll do the same and go to my nearest dealer to check them out. Originally wanted Cyber Orange but don't like that is more yellow than Orange.
This is why I would get the manual if I were you.
Your first two cars were manual and you loved them
Your friends and family want you to get the auto. (You are a 100% set in a MT ...but leaning Auto? ?)
You don't care about top speed or performance.
A manual is more rare and special these...
Ohh damn. Just when I thought I was settled on Race Red...or Area 51 or Cyber Orange...??
It does look similar to the first Bronco color I fell in love with below.

Thanks, I hope is not a glitch and signature headlamps/taillights are at least offered on Big Bend. But why would Ford not offer it on the higher Black diamond trim makes no sense. ?. I think I will go Big bend and save some money. ?
...And also does anybody know why the signature LED headlights are only offered on the Big Bend and not on the Black Diamond? I really like the Signature headlights but prefer the Black Diamond trim over the Big Bend, or having to spend more to upgrade to Badlands.
