These pictures are the best I've seen of AGM and are how it looked to my eyes when I saw it in person. I'll have my AGM Lightning here soon -- gotta pick it up from the famous Granger Ford.
All these multi-coat paints are a pain to match. We often see mis-matched bumpers or other pieces from the factory if they don't match spray directions across parts and production runs. Far more visible on the pearl whites or lighter colors, but could still be with AGM.
Anyway, looks like...
Hmmm.... I don't see my reservation # on the list. I'll have to talk to Samantha I guess. I need to figure out what I'm doing with this Bronco reservation anyway. Should be taking delivery of my Lightning soon, it's in production now. If I still go through with the Bronco order at some...
...they didn't produce enough for me to get an allocation. I'm buying my Lightning now so my Bronco dream is on hold a bit. Maybe I'll order a '24 Raptor.
Any luck? If it's there, it's definitely one of the very first '23s delivered and who knows how close you can get to it because it's almost certainly a customer order. ...I've been fooled by this sort of thing before. Vehicles supposedly in stock, but they're really still in transit or locked...
My Lightning in AGM is now built and hopefully shipping to the dealership by Thanksgiving. It's definitely not the first one Ford has produced in the color, so we should start seeing some more pictures soon. I showed my wife some of this Raptor video so she could see the color (which her and I...
I don’t think the 22lb shipments were truly generated in error. I think Ford had a change of heart about sending out something amazing. And you can’t change my mind about that because I want to believe it.
This flag is stupid.
Lame. Well if anyone wants my flag, I’ll happily trade it for another hammock.
What I really want to know is what that 22lb package is that many of us got a label—created notice for right about the time of the hammocks. Still not shipped. Rumor was a Bronco-branded Yeti cooler. That would...
Yep. And these pics make the Rivian look smaller than it is, sitting behind the Bronco from the camera perspective and they have the air suspension lowered. To put some perspective to it, the Rivian is just a bit larger than a Tacoma. It’s a couple inches wider and about 6” longer.
The...
Summer ‘22 for Raptor and other special edition stuff. Not even sure what to think of that.…. Waiting until ‘22 production year is almost done and then going to take orders or try to make a few? Or is it an early order thing for MY23? Hmm…
The newer EseyFuel filler necks are very finIcky. Some nozzles at the fuel pumps have insert guards that only let the nozzle go in so far and I’ve encountered two of them that don’t get along with our Bronco Sport. Most are fine, but one of the stations we frequent by our house has one pump...
That’s what the window sticker indicates. And yes, this has already been confirmed. With the part shortages, Ford has moved to producing many stock orders that they could build while holding customer orders, both 2-door and 4-door. Even before the production slow-down and MIC top fiasco, the...
All stock orders are blue window stickers, regardless of weather they’re designated for use as a demo/ mannequin or retail sale. Green window sticker is customer-specific order. Red window sticker is fleet order. A dealer can sell their mannequin as long as they replace it with something...
HEAVY snow? Well, which trim level is really up to you because they’re all the same Bronco, it’s just bout the bells and whistles you’re willing to pay for as extras. But when it comes to heavy snow, here’s my take on it: You want the 2.7 engine option and probably not the soft top…. No need...
No such thing as a window sticker without a VIN…
But VIN is usually issued as soon as the vehicle is queued for production. Window sticker should appear in system as VIN is assigned. So…. They should have an estimated production date, but not always the case.
Heh. I’m still getting the Lux package, even knowing the wireless charging is crap. For me it’s the heated steering wheel. I have nerve damage in my right hand and the heated steering wheels are a lifesaver when it’s cold.
