If what you're saying is true, then it's a failed on Ford's part. The same rain sensor reference text is in all the user manuals from MY22 to MY24. I'm sure it's also in the MY21 manual. But I don't have a copy to verify.

Some have mentioned that the Bronco does not have/use rain sensor. I'm not sure if this is model year dependent. But MY2023 user manual clearly indicates the wipers are linked to the rain sensor.

Recheck is a good idea. I rechecked the wheel torque on mine after 100 miles of driving. With the torque wrench set at 100 ft-lb (the torque recommended in the manual), I was able to tighten each lugnut another 1/4 turn before the wrench click.
