Are these black clips (part #6100) the correct clips? That's what I received in my shipment but wasn't sure if those were the correct or incorrect ones.
Lol I should have included that I label it clearly too and I don't keep it in the fridge! That being said, I have too many vehicle fluids in my garage too.
I always pour half a gallon of the distilled water into a kitchen pot. And then I top off the distilled water jug with the antifreeze. Then I pour the distilled water from my pot into the antifreeze jug. Now you have two premixed gallons ready to go and nothing harmful touched your measuring cups.
Appreciate your work here and wasn't doubting it. I just wasn't sure if I missed some type of announcement by Ford or if someone had done a deep dive and dismantled one to find any differences.
I looked pretty thoroughly through the engine bay. Hoses and clamps all look fine. I don't see any sign off loss beneath the reservoir or anywhere else. Stopped at the dealership today to pick up the proper coolant type. I also made an appointment to check on a coolant leak for next Wednesday...
What was the result for those of you that had this issue previously?
I just picked mine up on Friday. Had the dealership top off the coolant because it was below the min line from the factory. I have about 700 miles on it now and it is back to the minimum line. I don't see any signs of leaks...
The plot thickens! That circular part fits the knob on the tie down perfectly but I have no idea where they'd be utilized. Nothing in the instructions about them and they aren't on the included parts list. I did not get the rubber bumpers that I was supposed to get in the kit so maybe these were...
