I work in the Semiconductor industry and one of the biggest issues we are having is a shortage of silicon wafers. These are what the materials are put on for the chips. Plus getting some materials to make the chips are getting harder to get or have a longer lead time until we can get them.
@JesseS I plan in getting a metal detector and go with my buddy. He medal detects in El Dorado Hills and does really well. His father in law and him are history buffs for the area. Figured the bronco can help get us to a few cool places to metal detect.
Yep. That is what im curious about also. Seems like everything is moving back more and more. Hopefully they move the deadline back more. Ive talked to Elk Grove Ford on the phone and they said MSRP and will honor X plan if available. Have never used them before but heard good things about them...
@JesseS I use to do it with my dad as a kid and loved it then. I defiantly want to do the Rubicon. My goal is too fill up the back window with a bunch of trails I go on.
@Natai welcome to the group. Same here this will be my first 4x4 and learning everything as I go. There are a lot of trails in CA from what Ive been researching.
@JesseS I emailed them and they did not respond. It wasn't until I called them they gave me the answer. I will see if they can put it in writing. I know they were going to send more information once it was closer to ordering.
@Kickit i started a little hiking last year. Looking to start to get into it more with doing some photography. Can't wait to be able to do more with the bronco.
I have a 91 Mits Galant VR4 and GSX both cruise controls work fine and disengage with the clutch or break with no rev. I imagine the Bronco will be the same way.
