I've had the 6100's on my badlands non sas for a year. They ride way better and give a good lift. Still a slight rake with front and back on the 6th clip. Sitting on 35x12.5x17's.
The 5100 and the 6100 are different setups. I have the 6100 and run my tires at 35psi on anything other than heavily rocky terrain. The ride is fine for us. Including a whiney wife and kid lol
Thanks. Nah, I felt the blocks were heavier than I wanted. The fuel shoks were much lighter, my 35" combos with the 35x12.5x17 Toyo's are only 3 lbs per heavier than the stocks.
Yeah I have. Non squatch badlands. Using my stick springs. Been about a year. No issues. Might have lost a slight but of lift up front, think the Badlands spring are slightly softer. But they've been awesome. Rides better than the Badlands shocks/struts.

Mine is just your standard cheap colmen extreme! Works fine and holds ice for 4 or so days if you're not in it constantly. Now I just use ice packs on my fishing trips.
Nah, if I do any adjustment it would be going up... But do I care enough?!! For a half inch?! Haha.. that's a lot of work for .5"... And you see how my lazy is set up... 🙃😂
Is this happening on both sides?! Have you checked over everything you took apart for missing washers/bushings, lose bolts?! Did you tq down the lower coilovers bolts?! Recheck everything. Put a wrench on everything you touched.
I'd just do the bilstein 6112's and get some 35"tires on some 35mm or less offset wheels. Then you get some performance and the looks. I have the bilstein 6100 on my Badlands. They are pretty great for the price. Where are you located. I have Blair at hotrods and customs in Chilliwack do all my...
