I went simple and just used it to power all 6. Looking at maybe replacing the kick panel speakers with Earthquake Sound SWS 6.5X speakers. They are a shallow mount. I have an email out to the company to see if they will fit. Still thinking about getting the JBL soundbar programming.

Gearing shouldn't be an issue. Manuals come with 4.46 gearing as I recall, except manual Sasquatch, I believe those still run the 4.70. I'd just keep the tire/wheel combo as close to or under the weight of the stock tire/wheel combo, as you you have the "weaker" front end.

Okay....I have this picture (or one like it) multiple times and still can't make heads or tails of the settings! Do they slide up/down or do they press in/out? What are the "good" settings?

I think the 2.3 with the 10spd is a fine combo. I'm okay with my mpg (17.4 avg and 19.6 high). Numbers are using Fuelly, computer is a little more optimistic. I have a little over 12K on the odometer. I did just switch back to 87 from 92/93, gas is just getting too high.
