why do people feel the need to show their cowardly true self behind the confines and anonymity of a keyboard...to attack someone on a forum..so childish...forums are open for all sorts of discussion no reason to be assholes about it.
I was very enthused and excited about the idea of buying a 2drBronco Badlands, v6. I haven't had a new vehicle since the 93 Toyota which I recently sold for $250 less than what I bought it for..... but my excitement has died down over time...what is killing it for me are a few issues I just...
MR Cock...no need to offer up al the negativily in your reply..I posted up in the wrong place before and tried to get those post deleted.. .....seeing in it person the rubber doesn't hold the edges down very well at all!!! and at speeds tops pull upwards...I was looking for constructive...
I was looking at the top at my local dealer, so not impressed by the way the top seals above the doors....there just isn't much holding it tight at the sides...it lifts away from the rubber on the body very easily, ....imagine this a speed when the edges start lifting away from the body and rain...
Ford a Badlands 2dr, 2.7L,standard options, body color modular top. I spoke with my dealer today about converting reservation to an order...and since I want a 2.7L (high demand) modular top preferably body color (late availability) and when I placed my reservation Aug 18th, looks like I'll be...
thanks for clarifying....I'll just get aftermarket sound deadening for the top...maybe not the mid package. The only thin nice to have on the mid package will be the 120vlt outlets..the other stuff probably not worth it to me.
Mid Level trim dropped the sound deadening and added it to the Lux...or did I miss read that from an earlier time.....That's one of the reason's I wanted the mid package. Now I may just drop it and save the money I was screwed on over the auto tranny screwing!!
I just went by the Ford dealer and the Carbonized grey is 2 shades lighter than the Magnetic Grey (there was a 2018 Mustang in that color on the lot). I like the lighter CG it will hide dirt more and proably last longer with sun exsposure.
Here's a few shots of the Iconic Silver and CG...at...
I thought I had read that somewhere....heck it's probably only a $1500 option like you're buying out a complete new top with no consideration that hte stock MIC top price should be taken into consideration..and just be deducted from the price of the other top...
I've thought about buying a gas powered vehicle when everything is going electric........more so in the next 10 years..Why....because I don't buy vehicles very often...my new good vehicle is a 93 Toyota 4x4....the Bronco is replacing that...in the back of my mind gas maybe less common for how...
UH no..the top isn't metal and wouldn't take to well to being put in an oven at 325-450 degrees to bake the powder.
paint or wrap would be the best options
$300 for the brush guard... it's your basic hoop of metal.... I'll either make my own or hit the aftermarket with a better one, sound deadening to expensive....after market there too....and the price of extra lighting....are you serious....same with the tube doors, but guess I'll bite it on...
