  3. UAW goes on strike @ MAP Bronco / Ranger factory [ADMIN WARNING: NO INSULTS, NO POLITICS]

My fuel pump died 50 days ago and my Bronco has been sitting at the dealership waiting for "backordered" fuel pump. Suddenly, Friday fuel pumps are in stock. Coincidence? How Ford points should I ask for because of this BS?

  5. Mabett Winch Mount for Bronco 2021+

This is a sweet deal and I'm ready to pull the trigger...but the red tow hooks won't work with velocity blue. Any way to remove them and adapt Netgear shackles to the mount?

  14. Off-Rodeo Failure: No Manual Broncos Available

I'm happy to report I had a great time at the NH Off-Rodeo even though no MTs. The instructor was the site director and he was the best spotter I've worked with. I learned a lot about the capabilities of the fully loaded SAS. I still love my $35k 2-door 7-speed for daily driving but there was...
  15. Is it wise as a newcomer to off roading to go to the Off-Rodeo alone?

NH Off-Rodeo is great. It is best to bring your spotter, especially if you have no off-road experience so that your spotter also gets hands-on experience guiding you through challenging obstacles. Think of it like a pro golfer and caddy partnership. You discuss the best line to take before...
  16. Off-Rodeo Failure: No Manual Broncos Available

Thanks! My last truck, 30 years ago, was 4 speed MT with hi or lo. That's it. If memory serves me I believe I found 3rd gear in lo to be the best all around sweet spot for most terrain.
  17. Off-Rodeo Failure: No Manual Broncos Available

I should have added I'm an old school MT fanatic from back in the day when you got out of your truck to turn the hubs and lock in 4wd. I'm just looking for advise on when to use what gear and mode for the various conditions on the course.
  18. Off-Rodeo Failure: No Manual Broncos Available

    I smell a mall crawler.
  19. Off-Rodeo Failure: No Manual Broncos Available

I'm going to a Bronco off-rodeo next week. I was just informed there are no manuals, only ATs Broncos for use. Next they're going to tell me they only have 4-door mall crawlers on site. I wish they would customers use their own vehicles so people with 2 door sticks can maximize their experience.
