I swapped out the amp for another one, and still nothing coming through the right dash channel. So I do believe I'll be checking connections this weekend :|
Thanks y'all for the help.
Everything else is working fine, and I tried popping the factory dash in, and it’a not working either. So by process of elimination does that mean it has to be a connection issue?
Think I understand conceptually why load resistors are needed. Are you saying that not having them in sent too much voltage to a component and that’s why the passenger dash speaker isn’t working?
Re-connected everything, and all seems to be working, except for the front passenger side speaker. Tried testing with another speaker, and just getting a quiet hiss.
Did I possibly blow another fuse somewhere, or could I have I unplugged a wire while I was monkeying with everything?
So I tried to install my kicker key and kicker hideaway in my 2023 Heritage. Using the plug n play harness for both the key and the hidewaway. Getting no audio, and no power to the key or the hideaway.
So I undid everything to start from square one, and now I'm getting no audio, the physical...
So I kind of have a weird situation, and I'm not sure if I'm hosed or not.
I have a reservation from day 2, back in 2020. I never actually placed an order with my dealership, but they placed one using my reservation anyway, and 99-ed at some point. I'd get email updates about my order every...
Did you the power and the speaker wire on the same side? I’d read somewhere that they shouldn’t be next to each other due to possible interference, but not sure how much it mattered in practice.
How did you mount it to the molle panel? I'm planning on attaching to the rear enclosure molle panels, but wasnt sure if there was a best way to do it. Sounds like whatever you did is very solid.
Hey 6G folks,
I installed the Kicker Key 200.4, using a harness from PlugNPlay, and wired directly to the battery. Everything is working fine with the amplifier, but I'm getting a charge system fault error (see images). I've double checked my connections and everything is tight, but maybe I'm...
Installed my kicker key, using the direct wire to the battery and a PnP harness. Turned it on and everything seems to be working fine, but I have a battery error now (see screenshots).
Any thoughts about what I might have done wrong, and what I need to do to fix it?
I only have the RollnJack, but I really like it. My roof will not work for a hoist, and my wife has a bad shoulder so cannot help lift the back off.
I timed myself taking my roof off this weekend, and it took 9:38 to fully remove all of the pieces. The cranking up takes a minute, but it's not...
Can't argue with any of that.
Think I'm just increasingly concerned that Ford really doesn't have a solution for whatever the problem is with the mod top, and they're going to keep kicking the can down the road until all of a sudden we're in MY24.
And I might just be happier going with 90%...
