Thank you all for the comments and excitement about the build! I have done a video walk-around of the Bronco since this thread started in Sept. Link is here:
I have a 2021 Bronco Big Bend, 4Dr, Oxford White, Mid Pack, Soft top with a 1" Zone Lift, 33's Fuel M/T's on 17inch Fuel Rebels with Sasquatch Flares for $65,998 *It's a Pre-Owned Bronco* ( [email protected] if interested )
FINALLY got the chance to get out there and test out my Bronco. I am in Ontario, Canada 🇨🇦 and have not seen many videos of Canadian Bronco's getting out there and hitting the mud. This is a 21, 4 Door Big Bend with the 2.3L and automatic trans. This does have the 4.27 Locking Rear Diff. It has...
Hey everyone! Just uploaded a video to YouTube of the work I have done to the Bronco. Since the last time I posted, I have painted the Grille Black and have put on Sasquatch Fender flares. Let me know what you all think!
I don't know too much about that side of things but the Technician that did the work for me said it aligned no problem and everything went smoothly. I would reach out to another dealer to see if they have the specs or a private shop to get that alignment done as soon as you can!
Great question! I used double sided tape that is also Velcro so I can have it on when I need it and take it off for pictures for a bit of a cleaner look
Thank you, Destroyer! This was my thought as well, I did not see any adjustment back there.
I have since painted the grille matte black and I think it really ties the look together!
This angle seems to really exaggerate it and make it look more aggressive than it is! Here is a better picture. Alignment was done right after lift and tires. It is within the proper spec.
I just took the OEM crash bars right off! I would have to look into how big of wheels / offset the modified ones can fit but I haven't really thought about adding anything.
Great Question! I went with the 4.27 Locker gear ratio. I have noticed some acceleration differences for sure. My 2.3L accelerates quickly and gets up to speed quickly as well but there definitely has been a decrease in how quickly it does it.
Fuel efficiency has changed from 11.4L/100Km to...
100%. It is to minimize this as best as possible. I have been playing with the idea of LineX or Rhino Lining the rockers and pinch welded area of the lower body to try and protect it as best as possible too. But this will change the look a bit more than I am wanting to commit to lol!
