Camera only really helps if you or the cops know the thief. If you belieive that the cops are going to take a still from your camera and then run it through some facial recognition database to hunt down the guilty party, you have a rude awakening coming. At least that has been my experience...

Nothing wrong with KC BBQ but it is a whole different animal than Texas BBQ. Depends on where you will be but Heim's BBQ in Fort Worth and Lockhart Smokehouse or Pecan Lodge in Dallas are all good.
