Def not switching from a 2-door Bronco to a Sport.
But... a few weeks ago I saw a Bronco Sport in black, with manufacturer plates, and it looked really nice. If I was shopping for a crossover - something that will never happen! - then the Bronco Sport would be high on my list.
Big Bend 2-door reserve holder here. 7-speed manual and 2.3L will be my drivetrain of choice. I don't want or feel the need for more power. I have a Mustang for that.
Why Big Bend? The 33" wheels, and, believe it or not, the leather wrapped steering wheel. Add in the mid package for heated...
Metallic Baby Blue - like my old '84 Nissan truck had.
A deep Ruby Red/Burgundy, like my 2014 Mustang has.
British Racing Green
a softer yellow, like my wife's departed 2003 Mini Cooper S
My dad, who used to live out in the sticks, had a 1988 Jimmy and a 2000-something Trailblazer. We drove those cars pretty hard, up into the woods, up steep leaf-strewn hills, through old logging trails, etc to haul an old trailer filled to the top with freshly cut wood. I don't think the new...
ditto on the snow tires. My daily driver is a 2014 Mustang on Michelin X-Ice tires; and I live on the "west side" of Michigan, which get low temps and tons of snow. And before that it was a BMW 325i (the RWD model) on Blizzaks. Total change going from an all-season to a winter tire. It just...
Area 51 with a white top... 'bout as close to a vintage color as I can imagine. A little more metallic would be nice.
Also - a real dark green would be nice! /already mentioned a million times!
I'm in the same boat - pushing an older car beyond it's expiration date. My wife has the newest car while I took over her city beater (a 2008 Infiniti M35x). I really want to get rid of it but will have to push it along further. Thankfully I've been working from home most of the time and only...
An old 2008 Infiniti M35x is the beater car and my current daily.
I had a 2014 Mustang manual with the 305hp 3.7L V6, gave it to my wife as her daily. Only 35k miles on the clock. Upgraded the stock 2.73 gears to 3.55s, also added a drop-in filter and a MPT 93 octane tune. It's a fun car...
Hello from the Mitten State -
I've never really been a "Ford Guy" since I grew up in a GM family. These days, however, I have a 2014 Ford Mustang 3.7L V6 that I enjoy. I've only owned two rigs that were (semi) capable of doing any kind of offroading. And this from a guy who owns a few acres...
