  1. Hi-Q HF Antenna & FT-891 Install on a 2 Door Bronco

Very nice setup, I was looking to do a similar style mount for POTA. 73
  2. Fire Extinguisher Mounting in the Bronco - Show Your Installs

Had to slot out the existing holes in the mount to line up with the nursery's in the roll bar. Mounted with rubber isolators.
  3. Expedition X Off-Road Baja July Mexico 2022: Customer Prep

Nothing about a VHF commercial radio is "CB" in either the US or Mexico.
  4. 🛠 4/4/22 build week group [now with Google doc]

Got the email that mine is finally marked as "built" with an anticipated delivery 6/8 - 6/14. It's finally happening!
  5. 🛠 4/4/22 build week group [now with Google doc]

Trying to figure where I stand. Reserved 7/15/21. Ordered 12/28/2021. Received E-mail on 3/10/22 that it scheduled for production the week of 4/4/22. Tracker at this point is stuck at in-production 4/11. No communication since, but do have a window sticker showing blend date is 4/8/22...
  6. [April Fool's!] Ford Hiring Bronco Convoy Delivery Drivers due to Transport Shortages. Applications Begin Today

Not an April fool joke unless Ford themselves is in on the game. Just got my window sticker today and it does show Convoy. Worth noting my dealer is only like a 17 mile drive from MAP. That said I'm a little miffed about paying 1495 for destination and delivery.
  7. Bronco Raptor floor mats came in my 2021 Badlands

As much as I think a lot of people need a healthy dose of personal accountability, doing that sort of thing in a union shop won't be tolerated.
  8. JcrOffroad’s bolt-on steel bumper parts! Hoops & more.

Looks great and made by a Michigan company, count me in. Can't wait to see what else you guys come up with!
  9. ARB Compressor Engine Bay Mount from KR Off-Road (NOW SHPIPING)

Awesome, are you leaving slots in the final design so one could fit a compressor other than ARB? I have an air zenith I'd like to use.
  10. How to replace 2021+ Bronco brake pads and rotors using Brake Maintenance Mode

Truthfully the engineering change meetings I've been part of, the reasoning is usually FAR weirder than somebody letting the liquor doing the thinking. I wouldn't be at all surprised if the meeting went something like "The lawyers just paid some settlement to an obsessive compulsive lady who...
  11. Light bar install, using roof pre-wiring

If the table Bronco Nation provided is accurate and its talking in terms of square millimeter cross-sectional area, it falls between 16 and 14 awg and depending on the insulation type (GXL?) is good for 18-20 amps. I think that's adequate for most. If you're dropping $2k+ on a giant array, I...
  12. Disconcerting video - Broken GOAT mode during off roading?

I'd be willing to bet the root cause of this is something so comically simple like a loose battery terminal.
  13. 2.7L Bronco First Edition 0-60 MPH VIDEO!!

So it would be slower? The Coyote has to rev another 1750 rpm to make the same peak torque as the 2.7
  14. 2.7L Bronco First Edition 0-60 MPH VIDEO!!

They're 32mm wheels with what's probably a .42 or smaller turbine side AR. It doesn't take much. In fact I'd wager a traditional brake torque is probably going to send them straight to surge territory and the ECU will start pulling timing and open the wastegates.
  15. “Plastic” Interior

My big gripe with the interior is actually the lack of cheap plastic between the hard top and the interior of the body. Not only does it look bad but I feel like its uncomfortable if you rest your shoulder up against it and without a doubt stuff is going to end up falling into the crack. They...
  16. Official MPG figures: 2021 Bronco 2.3L and 2.7L fuel economy

TRUTH. My Coyote F150 has the power delivery of a 2-stroke dirt bike. About the only thing I'll miss about it is the sound it makes when it ... f i nally gets into the powerband.
  17. More info on the factory accessory Trailer Brake Controller

The newly posted Accessory catalog lists this brake controller: https://accessories.ford.com/module-trailer-brake-vm2dz-2c006-a.html#2021/Bronco As there's no pictures or any meaningful information about it I did some searching around and saw that this part number (VM2DZ-2C006-A) is shared with...
  18. Bronco grilles being sold on craigslist

Found these while cruising craigslist. https://detroit.craigslist.org/mcb/pts/d/new-baltimore-2021-bronco-grill/7286925429.html Personally I wouldn't buy obviously stolen preproduction/prototype stuff, butI think this is the first example of how even the lettering seemingly snaps in.
