Until I learned this, my original reservation was Big Bend w/rear locker option and advanced transfer case only. Mean on Ford's part, and devious too! Very pleased with the Heritage, tho. All's well that ends well.

Just took mine off. Factory setting is 2653. Don't forget the TPM settings too.

Downsized my tires to a P285/70-17, Cooper Discoverer AT3 4S. Wanted a bit more "civilized" (yes, car-like :rolleyes:) ride. I have a 50 mile commute at interstate speeds (in Charlotte, that's anything 80mph+. Gotta get there fast!), and the Territories were noisier and knobbier than I cared...

I've realized I'm much happier about my Bronco purchase having NOT viewed evidence of where and how its 'post-build' incarceration was done. The photos of Dirt Mountain, Ice Mountain, holding lots full of snow-covered Broncos, etc. agitated me then, and mine wasn't even there.

OK! That explains why the particular 255/75 would not qualify as a replacement after de-rating. I'll need to go to a 117 load index (2833 lbs) to exceed the OEM load rating.

Late to the party as usual, butter knives at 3 and 9 o'clock worked well for me. Carefully insert each blade under the cap and pry up, one knife in each hand.

I'm also a Granger customer. Invoice less $2000 was reflected in the discounted sales price. The Private Offer dollar amount was listed as a rebate on Granger's bill of sale. North Carolina DMV added the rebate value back onto the final sales price to calculate taxes due at registration.

Fun Fact: The Carolina squat is no longer street-legal in North Carolina, at least.
