My 2 door is fairly quiet except for what you folks are describing. My neighbor has a 2 door built about a month after mine and it is exactly the same, no noise (to speak of) until you reach 60mph then it gets louder from there. I have reset the windows and added insulation in the channel...
I will keep this in mind but I really need to find a set from a 2 door. Based on all of the information that I can gather from these forums the 2 & 4 door springs are different.
Thank you for reaching out though.
Please name the shop, I am in MS too and don't want to go there... BTW, your not being a prick about this. They obviously don't know what they are doing and dont care.
Ive had the FPT for three months now (I think) on my 2.3 7MT. Rev Match is awesome and the extra power is fun. Worth the money and I would have to do it again if I bought a new Bronco for some reason. You will probably enjoy it.
I have noticed this as well since having the FP Tune installed. I have also noticed that I was showing 19ish MPG prior to the tune running lower grade fuel and now showing a consistent 22+ mpg and was/am assuming that the higher 93 octane fuel + the tune equals better mpg's.?.
This goes in the little slot in the front console between the shifter and cupholders on a Bronco with a manual trans. Not sure about auto trans console .set up.
My experience with the Ford Performance Tune has been positive. 2023 Base 2 door manual, Yes it requires 93 Octane fuel but performance is quite peppy and the rev match on the manual trans is a plus as well. Much improved over Sport Mode. Performance Tune + Sport Mode is fun....
